Definitely not for anyone but a bargain hunting solo traveler or traveler with a buddy that’s looking to just crash for the night. Accommodations are bare minimum and the place has a mildewy smell. Neighbors can be loud at even midnight. Overall definitely not a pleasant stay

Over price and low quality

I personally never did bad review to hospitality, especially you pay what you get. However, this time I am really disappointed during my stay and I think it's time to get everyone a heads up about low quality hotel looks like. first of all, staffs were not friendly at check-in, over priced compared to same level hotel. Amenities in general are old and in poor maintenance, bathroom has mole not cleaned. Bath towels are thin and look cheap with bad quality. Btw, can't adjust temperature to air-conditioning, so you either leave it on or turn it off. Bad noise insulation between rooms, you can hear ppl talking when someone stays next to your room.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and patient. I was checking out way to exchange Taiwan currency and they actually helped to call a few shops to check out for us. There are in-built international plug near desk and bed, very useful. Location wise - about 5mins walk to FengJia night market. My husband and I went 3 times (!!!) throughout the night to buy different food :p there are many 7-11 and family mart nearby too...Air conditioning is good, hot & cold water shower easy to control. Only drawback is breakfast with not much choices :(

less than 5 minutes away from fengjia night market, which makes the location ideal (not too noisy/crowded). the whole hotel was bright and cheery, and room was bigger than expected. the only downside was that the toilet wall and door were in glass (half covered with decal and the top part transparent) and the light which shone through from the toilet was really bright. could be a disturbance to someone sleeping. other than this, it was a really comfortable stay.

I rate the service as bad as the staff are not accomodative. We are asking for an extra pillow as my husband feel that the pillow provided is too low for him. But the staff refuse to gv us an extra pillow by giving reason that the room we booked is only for 2 person... So they can only provide 2 pillow for our room. The shower temp is difficult to control. However, I do like the colorful concept in the room. @@

Staff were not very helpful. Called to get 1 extra towel and the staff says wait and hang up my call. It was quite abrupt. And waited for 3 days till I checked out and no towel appeared. Did not bother to called back. Breakfast has limited choices. 1 tray of veg, 1 tray of noodle, 1 tray if nuggets/fries, porridge and 1 type of bun was just all it got. However the thing i enjoyed most was the drinks vending machine at the lobby which was free. Room was ok, quite spacious for 4 of us.

recommend for people who's not fussy

+ Huge bed to accommodate 2 adult & 1 infant + Have room with bathtub which is easier for us to bath our baby + Cute cartoon theme in every rooms and lobby + walking distance to fengjia night market and Watson's + no free laundry but their are plenty of laundry shops provide reasonable price service - cleaniness need to improve. toilet white tiles has stain and the room carpet also. - bed frame and bedside table were dusty - limited choices for breakfast. mostly local food and not much changes during our 3 nights stay - last minute cancel on our day tour but was not their fault. we were lucky enough to meet a good local tour guide + driver at the road side
