Good location, great staff but it you stay on the first floor it's to noisy.

I was worried about this hotel because of some of the reviews but am glad we stayed here. It was a great price, included breakfast, and had two slides in the pool. Conveniently located near food and stores.

I make it a point to stay here anytime I can while in town on business. I have also booked my employees in here as needed. Love the 24-hour coffee station in the lobby and the property is kept up well. The internet speed is better than a lot of hotels but could be a little more faster and consistent.

The room was dirty bathroom still had trash in it hand prints everywhere the lady at the front desk was rude

So many things I dont know where to start. Spiders in our room, cant use slide no lifeguard ever came. Breakfast was terrible, sink was broken doesn't drain. Fitness room was a joke. Elliptical broken did not work. TV broken and staff said been like that for awhile, water jug in fitness room was broken as was told probably should not drink it, been in there for a while as well. No towels in fitness room. Halls and stairs really dirty. Looked nice from pictures but would never stay again.

We, spend a nite at the hotel. We got there and the personal stuff very friendly and informative about all the services.

When I checked in there were fees that were not easily made aware when paying in advance. My room was dirty. The staff wasn't the greatest. I was never brought towels or called about towels after being told it would be 30 minutes. Still waiting on my refundable deposit because I left the room in better shape then it was when I first arrived. The pool is the best part. Took my daughter for a swimming slumber party and was impressed by the pool.

It was worth the cost, Do not waste my time with this.

Old hotel with tiny rooms and paper thin walls.... You hear all of your neighbors' conversations! Someone attempted to updated/remodel it, but very cheaply. Rooms are musty and very humid. Chemical smell is overpowering when you enter the lobby, it is probably installed to help offset the old, musty smell of the hotel. Windows face a busy highway on one side and a truck stop on the other side. Couldn't sleep because of the highway noise and outside lights shinning right into our room, blockout curtains don't close, it's just decorative, dusty filthy fan in the bathroom and very very old, loud and dusty air conditioning unit. Found black mold on ceiling of the bathroom. Chain door guard is missing. This hotel had a lots of Asian people that seem to be living there or staying long term... Maybe those were hotel owners and their extended families that reside there ?! The pluses are that the desk clerks were nice and beds seemed comfortable enough after long exhausting day... Pool was nice, but over chlorinated, eyes started burning as soon as you enter the pool room... I wish I read some reviews before I booked.... $199 a night asking price for weekday is too much for this quality. People that gave this hotel a 4 or 5 star review must have been paid to do so...

Don't be fooled! This is not a nice hotel. It's more of your basic econo-hotel (think Red Roof Inn) with a modest pool attached. Yes, it does have the water slides, but they are small and ONLY OPEN from 3pm to 9pm -- so lose any thought of early-morning water fun! The rest of the facility is old, dark, and dingy. Sound-proofing must also be particularly lacking, because noise from the nearby highway was unusually loud. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly, but very green -- the young lady who checked us in didn't even know where our room was -- and clearly overwhelmed by the largish number of visitors they had when we were there. Bottom line: an adequate stay if it's very cheap and convenient to where you're going, but don't let the so-called "free water park" fool you into thinking it's anything more.

Upon arrival in room, noticed that bathroom sink stopper could not be raised to drain the sink. Asked front desk to have maintenance person fix it. Instead desk attendant handed me a screwdriver and flashlight, mumbling something about prior problems with sink stoppers. I did my best to fix, but was unable to do so, and so asked for another room. Desk clerk said nothing for several minutes, staring at computer screen, then gave me card-key to another room. Not even an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, sir" or anything, just handed me the key to the other room. The new room was right next to lobby and main entrance with loud comings and goings all night. No TV remote, so no way to turn on TV. Room dingy, HVAC system loud, but not loud enough to drown out entrance/lobby noise.

I am a frequent traveler and I picked this hotel for the pool with the slides for my granddaughter. We had to call to get directions and desk clerk was super helpful. This is an older hotel that is being renovated and the inside sure tells it as it is really nice for this level of hotel (compared to Comfort Inn, Best Western, La Quinta, Holiday Inn, etc). Room was comfortable with space to move around, bed was comfortable to sleep in, full hot breakfast with a good size area for sitting, large rig parking at back of hotel but recommend to come in through Walmart parking lot to access it. There is a Walmart right next door and upon leaving hotel, we found it easier to go through the Walmart parking lot to exit south, would highly recommend for anyone to stay there, expedia got us a great rate. They have a lifeguard on duty until 9 who insures safety when using the waterslides and takes their responsibilities very seriously. They also a small convenience store-type area for drinks, snacks and amendities.

Very old hotel. The water slides are only open 3pm- 9pm which isn't clearly posted. Room pretty dirty & old. Broken window, floor dirty in corners, old furniture. The front desk staff are very kind! Breakfast was surprisingly good.
