Staff, cleanliness, comfort ok. Continental Breakfast as Orbitz say its missing.

Nice hotel. walking distance to shopping, library, restaurants, movies and park.

For a hotel charging nearly $100 per night in the middle-class Seattle suburb of Federal Way, everything was disappointing. No water glasses, or coffee maker in the room, no morning newspapers available, very limited breakfast bar, zero maid service over the course of my five nights there, the television offered very few channels and many were second-rate networks with very ghostly images or snowy.pictures. The front desk staff was either dismissive, or not at the desk for long periods of time. Finally, the door to my room was warped and hard to both open or close. Given my experiences at the front desk, I did not even bother reporting this. I was glad to be leaving.

uneventful... like I like it...check in and check out efficient and friendly...

I checked in and was immediately assaulted by the smell of the place. The floor was dirty, the elevator was dirty and the hallways smelled like smoke and hot dogs. There is a garbage room on each floor and the one on my floor was filled almost to the ceiling with discarded food and trash bags. I immediately ran to the store (conveniently located across the street) and got febreeze and cleaning supplies for my room. I found out later that day that the manager had resigned and there was no one to oversee the staff. Thankfully, the housekeeper was delightful and the front desk agents were reasonably professional. The first morning after my arrival, I spotted two guys in the bushes in front of the hotel. It was dark, but i'm guessing drug exchange or prostitution based on the neighborhood. Unfortunately, because i booked online and paid in advance, i was unable to get a refund.

The location is great, everything (restaurant, shopping, movies, etc) is close by. Nice staff. The hotel looks pretty clean, although the halls seemed to always smell heavily of cigarettes as you walk through (A lot of the smoking and non smoking rooms were next to each other). The a/c in our room wasn't working all that great, had to open window most of the time to get some fresh air in at least.

Room was a good value and near shops. The only problem I had was the AC did not work.

Hotel was nice and clean, close to many shops. The only negative is that the AC did not work in my room.

This is a decent place to stay. I actually live pretty close to it and use the hotel to hook up with my lady friend :-)

I stayed here for 3 days in June'13 and room was pretty clean and service was good. Nice location and about half hour drive into Seattle city, good for a vacation stay !

Upon checking in, the front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet throughout our stay. Mostly clean just needed a little more attention in the bathroom; detail work. We would recommend this hotel and we will be staying there in the future.

The staff was really nice and very helpful. Not a bad place for a college student to stay the night at.

Clean and affordable with a friendly staff. It is conveniently located near the theater, shopping mall as well as several restaurants.

We reserved a NON-SMOKING room but there were none available when we checked in. The smoke from the next room seeped into our room. It was an awful night. They did move us the next day, however, and that room was OK

Not great, not bad. Size of the room was somewhat small if a person is planning on staying for some time.

Location was easy to find and close to restaraunts and shopping.

Good value

Have stayed here before and was very satisfied. We usually need a late check out, which they have accommodated. The staff is very friendly. Great shopping in area. This time the fridge was noisy, although they would have changed rooms, it was late and we couldn?t be bothered. Pillows weren?t good, flat.
