This place has gone downhill. Breakfast was awful, they ran out of food. The room was dirty. Floors hadn’t been swept, stink bugs, dried food (I hope it was food) on the tv guide, nasty stuff on the wall/door jamb in bathroom. Just no where as good as previous stays.

Easy to access from highway. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout stay. Beverages (coffee, water, juice) available at night. Breakfast was subpar at best. Room was filled with hair on the sofa, in the bedding, tub, all over the bathroom floor, and on the table beside the bed. Floor debris was visible to the naked eye, not telling when the floor was last vacuumed.

we checked in on 11/8/25 the gentleman at the desk was the honest to goodness the nicest person i have ever met in my entire life . the room was clean and neat i couldn’t find one thing to complain about but what impressed me most was his friendliness i wished i could remember his name my son says it was junior im not sure but he was wonderful

The room was very warm upon entering. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor and cabinet. Stains on the sheets. Bathroom floor was not swept. Both bottles in the shower were conditioner instead of shampoo/conditioner. There was blobs of conditioner left in the shower. Walls were dirty.

Our room was a disappointment. The mattress had a huge dip on one side. There was no bath soap, no bar on which to hang your bath towel, and no hairdryer. The couch had cushions that didn’t match and were ripped in a couple places, and the sheers in the windows had numerous holes. Breakfast was minimal. Only apples for fruit, no eggs or bacon, and the waffle machine was broken. We definitely would not have stayed a second night.

First time staying here and won't be the last. Entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Check in/check out process was easy. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel.
