great location however downstairs has definite damp musty smell , kitchen has no freezer for ice for drinks long life milk avail for tea coffee , no toaster but a sandwich press is available no oven , no stove top m/wave only really cant cook up a meal , just reheat was ok for our short stay , maybe not for those wishing to prepare own meals staying a little longer upstairs great beds, comfortable 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom serviceable quiet good value , would be great if our concerns addressed

She sent us cinnamon buns for Xmas eve.Enjoyed the stay.This property did not have WiFi availability and we were not allowed to use kitchen stove which made our stay a little uncomfortable. New Barangaroo metro station makes this area very appealing and more accessible than it used to be. Great little cottage. Living area very small but we didn’t spend much time in house. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom (esp main bedrooms) are spacious. Host very helpful.
