Thank you so much to all of the friendly and helpful staff here that made our stay more enjoyable! Our room was a great size for our family of three and had everything we could possibly need in it and more! We would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely return! Thank you again.
This is an older style hotel, but we booked the larger room which was at the front of the building, with a large bay window overlooking a large leafy tree and the street. The street is a small quiet street behind the busy Darlinghurst Rd, so all the bars, cafes and eateries are mere steps away. We have stayed at many of the surrounding hotels and the rooms at the Regents Court are by far the largest and most comfortable. Bathrooms are small but serviceable and the rooftop garden is not only very pretty but has a barbecue if you just want to do your own food. The rooms also have a kitchette with table n chairs so more like a small flat rather than a hotel room.
We stayed here for 2 nights in Studio room, Everything is good, clean and comfortable. The room of decoration is Loft, stylish. The location is good, 8 mins walk to the Kings Cross Station. Coles supermarket, cafe, restaurant, and nightclubs are nearby. Many tourists, backpackers stay nearby, it is very safe. Hosts are helpful and friendly, answered the email and inquiry rapidly. The rooftop can view the Sydney Harbor Bridge. It is value to stay here.
An older style hotel. Our room appeared to have had some type of renovations but not consistent with the images provided when booking. Room was clean, did had an odour to it though and the shower head seemed to have a mind of its own and spray around the room,
Would highly recommend staying at Regents Court. It is located in a beautiful part of Sydney, just a few steps away from cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs and public transport. The building has a great rooftop with stunning views of Sydney, but is also a really nice place to sit and read a book, or have breakfast with a view! Staff were also extremely helpful with my many questions and nothing was ever too much to ask!
I really liked this old boutique hotel in Potts Point. It's not a 5 start hotel but it doesn't pretend to be either. The price is very fair for the good accommodation offered. It offers huge clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, good amenities and all only meters away from great shopping, eateries, bars, supermarkets, etc. The building has nice old art deco features and is surrounded by other beautiful art deco buildings. The old lift was a bit hard to get in and out of with luggage but added to the atmosphere and the roof top terrace had great views. And it was less than a 10 min taxi ride into the cbd. I would def consider this place again.
We stayed at Regents Court over the weekend and had a lovely time. The rooms were very generous in size especially for Potts Point and the staff were very friendly. The location is close to transport, great cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend "The Butler" We will definitely come back again next time we need a Sydney City stay..
Location is not bad in terms of the connection, but it is not good in terms of the quality of the room. The shower curtain was full of stains, we asked to have it changed and even though they seems reasonable about doing it, they did not. It is crazy that and hotel of 4 stars do not pay attention to simple details like this: milk provided was open and in bad condition, additional bed was a nightmare to dream in, etc. We wouldn't recommend to be there again.
We were booked into two apartments and although they were dated, the building is very centrally and quietly situated. After checking in, we went for a walk and returned at dusk to find that the lights didn’t work over the beds in both apartments and the central blind was missing in the second apartment, giving exposure to surrounding properties. Reception was closed so we reported the problems by telephone. It was Sunday evening and the situation could not be remedied so we packed our cases and left in search of hotel accommodation elsewhere. The following day we were given a full refund.
We stayed at Regents court Sydney apartment for 7days last week. At the beginning, I was worried about the location of the apartment, but I was wrong about it. The apartment was very close to the Kingscross station which is very central and easy to get around anywhere, also there are excellent cafe and restaurants near the apartment. The staff members of Regents court were very courteous and helpful! The room was very clean and the view from the window was excellent. Airconditioning worked very well as well as ceiling fan. There was a basic need in our room also there is a supermarket just a few minutes away!! We definitely stay here again if we are coming back to Sydney near the future.
