Very cool, modern, clean, good breakfast, attentive staff.

The proximity to the airport was convenient. Facility was clean and my experience was enjoyable. However, parking and driving to the parking garage is more complicated.

The hotel is new and the rooms are impeccable. Service from all the staff we encountered was fantastic. I wish we were staying longer than the 1 night flying through Sydney. We will certainly be considering a Pullman hotel for future vacations.

Only minutes from international terminal. Friendly receptionist was very pleasant and help after a long day of travel. Hassle free checkout. Paid for hotel arranged transport to the airport, which costs AUD 7.00 each. If there are two or more in your group, would recommend taking a taxi because it would be much faster and convenient, as this shuttle goes to other hotels to pickup passengers.

We arrived early, and the room wasn't ready. when we came back around 11 pm after exhausted day in the City, we checked in, and our room was dissapointing. 1. The room has no closet. I mean real cloth closet. Their closet looks more like a display cabinet than an actual closet to hang clothes in. 2. the bed sheets were winkled, and looked like someone had slept on it, and got streathen out rather than a set of new sheets. Comforter as well as the pillows. All had sweaty smells on them. So we knew the sheets weren't changed. Perhaps the cleaning crew was too busy. 3. the staff, managers thought we were being difficult. Trust me, after almost over 12 hours sightseeing, I don't think we would go through the trouble of bother someone to help correct the issue, if it wasn't unbearable. They offered a new room to us since there are no housekeeping staff on duty, but we have already unpacked, and very tired. So we opted to get a new set of sheets to replace the old ones. Remember, given that there are no housekeeping staff on call, the manager was trying to help, but he left the room, and we end it up,did all the sheets, pillow case, and comforter cover changes our selves. It was really tedious. The silver lining of this one night stay was that the breakfast was good. I would recommend the breakfast, but not the hotel room nor their services...Unfortunately.
