Staff were extremely helpful especially Glen. Great location for where we needed to be visiting family, travel to the city and to the Northern Beaches with the bus stop to the city right outside the front door. The exit through the underground carpark also great for the liquor store, bus to the ferry. Room was great for a months stay, fixtures a little tired and not really enough storage for an extended stay but we managed but everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. Definitely recommend the upgrade to a harbour view and request a higher floor for a better view and bring binoculars. Lovely supermarket directly underneath the apartments and a great Irish bar opposite The Dubliner for a Guinness. Go to the old art deco cinema opposite to see a film or a show, it’s beautiful inside. Lots of food options nearby if eating out or take away. Extra towels available on request and incidentals supplied like washing liquid, tea and coffee and washing liquid. Bed was very comfy and soft pillows. Staff were great for any requests like more hangers, extension lead etc. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Handy location to attend a wedding at Mosman. Room was clean and quiet and well priced. Secure underground parking was a bonus which was a special included in our tariff . Kitchenette and laundry facilities were great additions although we didn’t use them. The place is a little tired & dated but it suited our purpose.

Room furniture was tired and scuff marks. Windows were dirty as were the mirrors. Overwhelming smell of detergent. One towel short and bodywash soaps not refilled. overall poor for the price we paid. Staff were great and attentive when asked for refills.

Excellent location, bus stop is right in front of Park Regis. Food, groceries, restos, pharmacy, pretty much everything is within walking distance. However, the safe in the room was not working. We reported it right away. Stereo/radio was also not working. We stayed for 12 days, Dec. 21, 2025-Jan. 2, 2026. We had a 1 BR w/ harbor view. Room was serviced only once. We requested towels, TP, laundry soap & garbage pick-up after a week. Overall, the location is what made it perfect for us.

Construction work occuring within the building, woke me and my partner up before 8am everyday- no notification of this, we wouldn't have booked if we knew, toilet was constantly flushing by itself, safe wasn't operational, found and killed 2 cockroaches in our room and false fire alarm wasted an hour of our morning and made us late for a booking. Photos of the accommodation are deceptive, in person it is very dated. Mattress is a terrible old spring mattress that should have been replaced a decade ago.

Great place to stay close to amenities and public transport. Room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a good touch. The balcony was a plus for some fresh air. Highly recommended place.

Kitchen was well equipped although counter was not cleaned properly as I always wipe and disinfect everything and there was food stuck which I had to remove. Bathroom shower and washing machine need to be deep cleaned to remove mildew. Rest of the room was clean. Location was convenient to public transportation and quiet and comfortable although the room safe wasn’t working and I had to request another luggage rack because it was broken.
