Rude reception, argumentative staff who endlessly argues with guest for asking a pair of cups, such as they could not find cups on any floors and keeps the guest waiting, and when the guest request an update they threaten them saying complain to their General Manager. Obviously a very bad management who is either shielding such staff or has no feedback loop.

The room was very clean, people were very friendly. Only had one issue when checking out our bill was substantially higher as a new person was checking us out. He was trying to charge us the referral fee to Expedia, we refused to pay and asked for a manager. Another employee came and explained this was not a charge to the customer. May need additional training for contact employees. Everyone else was very good and friendly.
