Light and bright, beautifully decorated and with sweeping green views of the surrounding area from its elevated 5th floor position, it’s absolutely delightful. Enjoy sitting out on the balcony with a coffee and soak it up. This modern, well-appointed haven is a short walk from the cafes, restaurants and shops of Lane Cove. Buses to the city (10 minutes) are just around the corner. Style, comfort and convenience - perfect!

This enchanting apartment has an uplifting vibe with the focus on greenery and light. Situated on the 5th floor of a modern secure block, its elevated position is a major drawcard. Lifts from the secure basement carpark mean access is a breeze.

Comprising an open plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen with a separate bedroom and bathroom, the decor is stylish, with timber floors and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The blonde timber dining suite seats 4. The Lane Cove Aquatic Centre is a close walk with a new 50m outdoor pool, 25m indoor pool, gym, fitness classes, steam/sauna facilities.
