The staff was great, the room was as advertised....and spotless with all kinds of toiletries, coffee & kettle set up and a TV. Super comfortable bed and a short train ride to the airport! The room I was originally in had no tv remote and aircon wasn't cooling. Queen bed was comfier, single bed hard and has large holes in the end of base. Then I was upgraded to another room. When enquired about aircon, overnight staff assisted well. Staff were lovely and helpful.
