Great location near Chinatown, Hay Market, and World Square with lots of eateries. Close to the tram. Spacious upgraded room with a walk-in shower. Only a few laundry units and they look a bit bdated and not clean but I’d stay here again!

We booked this one night stay over 6 mths ago . Our room was very unusual as it was a split level room. We had to be very careful walking up and down them to use the amenities. I also asked when the room was booked that family members who also booked their rooms have thier room next door . This did not happen we were same floor but at each end . We arrived from a cruise at 10.00am and waited until 3pm to have our rooms . The lifts were not explained to us as to which one we were to use to get to our floor ,to be told use the one face to face ? Had no idea what that ment . I was very disappointed with the layout of our room we are 70 years of age thankfully we r off good health otherwise we would have had to change rooms due to the stairs . Would we stay there again probably not .

I had difficulty opening my room door . I think the door is not properly aligned to the A hotel room that is properly run would probably have the lock set replaced so that the guest would not be inconvenienced every time they return from a full day's activity.

Room was refurbished and clean Housekeeping was poor, missed out on our firdt day as they wanted to clean at 4.00pm and we were using room. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, space is small and was particularly noisy 1 morning with multiple families in a tour group making an absolute racket whilst not really eating and moving on but just hanging around making a nuisance and taking up seating.

Reasonable sized clean room, good sized bathroom. Could have been some more cutlery and crockery in the kitchen area. Room was not ready at 3pm as we were told it would be when we arrived early at 1pm. Had to wait until 4pm. Breakfast had good variety and tasted good.
