BreakFree on Clarence

Clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, central location...and two minute noodle available for purchase at reception for those late night munchies!!! Perfect for your next girls weekend in the city.

The entry to the BreakFree on Clarence is less than welcoming and not particularly well "labelled". The sign above the door is dim and really needs to be brighter so as to be spotted from a distance. The staff at reception really need to "up their game" with the welcome. Let's have a few smiles included and for them to seem as if they enjoy their jobs. Our room, on the top floor was small but certainly adequate for a 1 night stay. The room was clean and bright and well appointed. We would stay again knowing what we were going to find.

Great services, close to the harbor, great value for money, very happy with everything , no street noise have great night sleep, close to everything, easy check in and check out, close parking , reasonable overnight price, thanks 😊

We have stayed at BreakFree hotels in the past and found them suitable for requirements. This hotel was a complete disaster. WiFi problems (and it took 2 days to advise there was none available on the floor we were on even though staff had been giving passwords each time we rang to query it) meant that eventually our room was changed to an inferior room. Our wake up call did not eventuate and when we went to check out we had to wake the Night Manager up. Multiple other areas in which teh hotel failed to meet minimum standards

The location is great and situated in the heart of Sydney CDB which is easier to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room service was great. I will definitely recommend to some of my friends going down to Sydney to stay at breakfree.

The accommodation at Breakfree on Clarence was very neat and tidy. The bed was comfirtable and to my surprise the room was very quiet. Perhaps the only challenge was parking in Kent Street where there are 3 Wilson carparks with only 1 covered by the hotel valudation.

Bad room (308), very very short, absolutely no space between bed and wall. Bad entrambe of hotel, it seems not to be an accomodation site. I stay Just the time to realize the bad situation, than I change hotel

The bathroom requires a new toilet holder, the room needs for ceiling lighting and the carpets need replacing, the carpet is heavily stained in room 404. The location is great, however needs a little money spent on it to bring it up the a fantastic standard.

Checked in, friendly service, that's where the smile ended.. Once we went to our room, it had a lingering stale smoke smell, the bed had 20cm gap between the foot of it and the wall, for me to walk around to the other side of it.. there was no soap, and one towel for two people.. the room was dated.. there was a long hair on my pillow, and the flannel in the bathroom.. however, staff were nice, friendly and polite..

Wasn’t too bad of a place just needs to be a bit more clean and have sanitary bins in the bathroom. The hand marks could be wiped off. But the beds were comfy, slept really well! The shower was good! The price and location were great!
