Morning staff said didn’t know which way start walking to the botanical gardens/ didn’t let us check in one single minute before 2pm knowing that we arrived since 8am / didn’t have any adaptor for charging phone to pull info just to borrow for a minute while we go buy one / didn’t let us make a local phone call sent us to the street to find a phone in a few words he has zero idea what means customer service for tourist that comes from the other side of the world

No one at check in desk when we arrived at 10:30 Oman that was stressful. Bed was advertised as king and was not. AC pad was broken. They didn’t fix it but did get it trine on the second night. Location was good.

This property doesn’t offer early check in, they don’t schedule regular clean up’s even though you have asked numerous days, the housekeeping stole from us and we made numerous complaints and never got anywhere with this case they just said it was a lost cause. Parking was ridiculously priced. Do not stay here look for other accommodations.

We stayed in room 403 for 5 nights and found it a brilliant central location, walking distance to circular quay and paddy's market. There is a coles supermarket directly across the road and many pubs, restaurants and takeaways all within a minute walk. The room itself was very tidy, larger than expected with a full fridge and washer and dryer. My only complaint would be a bit of street noise but that's the trade off for somewhere so close to the CBD. Has pool and gym, and the staff were polite and helpful when we needed to leave our bags before checking in. We would stay here again.

I think this property is in an excellent area, close to light rail and shopping. Easy to get to from train station. The room was big and very spacious. Clean and comfortable bed. I think the tv needs to be updated, bit small.
