This cottage with sauna is located high in the popular cottage area Mommark with a beautiful view of the sea. The heart of the house is the large living room and kitchen area with sloping ceilings and large windows facing the large terrace areas and the water. Along with the large windows and bright walls, the house will feel bright everywhere. The kitchen is equipped with a large kitchen island. The owner of the house has provided a very cozy interior of the house with large pictures and the stove is e.g. placed so that the flames can be seen and the heat enjoyed from every conceivable place in the kitchen-dining room. Everywhere from here you have a nice view of the sea. There is a large utility room with good storage space. The house has two double bedrooms. After a nice day at the beautiful beach in Mommark, the sore muscles can be loosened up in the house's sauna. In addition to the bathroom, the house has an extra toilet. The well-equipped house offers i.a. washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and in addition there is an energy-saving heat pump. Outside, an approx. 160 m2 large terrace area, where you can enjoy the outdoors all day long with the first rays of the day until sunset to the west. One terrace has a covered area, so you can start the grill in the shelter and have dinner outside regardless of weather and wind. For children and other playful people there is a swing and sandbox in the garden and e.g. football goal approx. 75 meters from the cottage. Not for rent to youth groups.

The heated homes feature 3 bathrooms and afford space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators are other standard amenities.
