Cozy cottage on the Kegnæs peninsula, a popular vacation area. The house is located not far from a child-friendly beach.

Here you can experience nature, you can surf and fish or take a trip to the beautiful harbor town of Sonderborg. In the city center it is good to stroll and you can stroll to the beautiful harbor. There you will also find interesting stores, a shopping center, inviting cafes and restaurants. If you are interested in history, you can visit the worth seeing castles Gråsten and Sonderborg. The castle in Sonderborg is today an interesting museum, while the castle in Gråsten serves as the summer residence of the Danish royal family.

Ein kleineres Ferienhaus nicht weit vom Strand.

Ein kleineres Ferienhaus nicht weit vom Strand. Das mit einer Hecke abgeschlossene Grundstück bietet Kindern viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen; und auf der Terrasse lässt sich der Abend angenehm ausklingen. Ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus bietet das Nötige, was für einen Urlaub gebraucht wird. Im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage eine tolle Hilfe. Im Winter bringt ein Holzofen angenehme Wärme, so dass auf die Beheizung durch die Luftwärmepumpe verzichtet werden kann. Die etwas ältere Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Elektrogeräte funktionieren. Nur die Mikrowelle im obersten Fach ist unglücklich untergebracht. Die Betten entsprechen dem üblichen Standard; sie sind weich. WLAN vorhanden, funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir fanden im Januar geheizt das Haus in einem ansprechenden Zustand vor und würden das Haus auch wieder mieten; hilfreich wäre zur Nutzung der Klimaanlage eine Gebrauchsanweisung, möglichst in deutscher Sprache.

Gemütlich eingerichtet. Küchenutensilien sind teilweise schon sehr veraltet.Duschvorhang wäre gut.Terasse ist bei Nässe sehr rutschig , genauso vorm Eingangsbereich.Haus hätte sauberer sein können ( z.B. Kühlschrank ) Geruch teilweise noch da. Kaminofen brannte bei Ankunft , schön!

Ein schönes Haus mit toller Lage.

Ein schönes Haus mit toller Lage. Wir fanden es sehr idyllisch. Wer die Natur mag ist hier richtig. Nächste Möglichkeit für einen Einkauf findet man in ca 10 km Entfernung. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, welche aber in die Jahre gekommen ist (speziell die Küche). Es werden z.B. Fahrräder angeboten, welche aber nicht nutzbar sind (keine Luft auf den Rädern, stark verschmutzt). Die Einrichtung im Wohnbereich ist schön. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Terrasse hat schöne Möbel und lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus hätte sauberer sein können. Viele Spinnweben - Staubreste an den Lampen oder an den Ecken in den Räumen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und in der kleinen Siedlung durch Hecken gut geschützt. Von der Terrasse ist sogar das Meer zu sehen.Durch die Teilsanierung lässt es sich gut aushalten im Haus. Die alte Küche tut in allen Belangen ihren Dienst. Im Badezimmer wäre ein Duschvorhang vielleicht noch der richtige Schutz.Und im großen Schlafzimmer wäre ein Plissee oder Vorhang zur Abdunklung des Zimmers sehr praktisch.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kurzer Wegstrecke zum sandigen Strand. Dort kann man die Abendsonne besonders gut genießen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und harmonisch. Zum Fahrradfahren ist Kegnaes sehr gut geeignet. Wir hatten tolle Urlaubstage.
