This is the third time I have stayed here, and the property never dissapoints. To sum it up, it's very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are super cozy. It's very quiet. The grounds are clean and well kept,. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are super polite. The continental breakfast is an added bonus, and the price is great! This will always be my go to motel anytime I have to stay in Sweetwater!

The room definitely needed upgrading. Black grout in tub tile, one sink all cracked, tissue box badly rusted, one sink held together with caulking, back of bathroom door veneer missing, burned out light bulb, no USB outlets, no clock, noisy plumbing, seat didn'tmatch toilet size and was at an odd angle. Bed and pillows were comfy. Would have been nice to have a second chair.

Needed to be updated. The back of the toilet had cigarette burns and stained and anything silver colored was rusted and dirty looking

Second time I have stayed here. Great price. Quiet. Exceptionally clean rooma, complimentary breakfast, and great staff. I totally recommend this place! The duck friends that hang out in the parking lot are a bonus as well. Who doesn't like ducks?

The hotel was good - little dated but clean and served the purpose. But best part of the stay was the domestic ducks that came up to me when we were loading up the car. They are snacks out of my hand. If you like ducks - book here.

The room was very clean and smelled good. The office staff was friendly and the breakfast waffles were really good. th bathroom door needs to be replaced and the caulking had mold on it. Other than that it was very good

Great staff, comfy beds, good budget motel

Stayed at this location at the beginning and the end of a faĺl break trip. First stay was great, no problems. Excellent service. Day host told us about a beautiful waterfall just a short drive away. Second stay we had issues with the A/C in 2 different rooms but staff was great and got it all straightened out. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast basic. Coffee good.

We were given a room which by the musty smell had not been used in some time. Toilet seat fell off leaving exposed screws. Toilet tank lid did not fit leaving tank open. Mold along edge of tub. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Carpet was disgusting.The girl at the front desk did not seem to know what she was doing. One member of our party uses a cane and they wanted to give us a room on the third floor, no elevator. Construction equipment in many parking spaces.

There was no one at the front desk. I had to call the hotel to see if anyone could come to the desk. The room was not ready at check-in time. Overall, the staff was pleasant, engaging and very interested in sharing information about the city and what activities were available. They just seemed very disorganized. The room was large and seemed clean. However, we found a single immature cockroach walking around in the sink. The internet was painfully slow. A luggage cart would have been a great amenity, as the distance from the lobby to many of the rooms is significant.

Do NOT recommend

The first room they gave us smelled nasty (like mothballs). The next room was not great but didn’t smell as bad. The carpet was nasty (would've dare walk on it barefoot). Across the street was a burnt up mobile home with other mobile homes that were falling apart.
