Came back to the area for a medical procedure. Outdated facility. Huge room but most of it was empty space. Bathroom had worn spots on tub, stained grout. Reserved 3 nights and left after 2. Refused to credit 3rd night. I disputed the charge with credit card and got my credit within 2 hours. Totally unprofessional. Don't know how they keep "choice hotel" status.

Worst hotel experience ever unsanitary and uncomfortable after checking out of the dump I learned they charged me additional$150.00 cleaning charges saying we smoked in the room when nobody did they emailed a cellphone video showing some dirt on floor and crumbs on a piece of paper on nightstand when confronted he was very rude and began screaming I feel the place is operated by a group of outright thieves and I contacted the chains parent company to complain my recommendation is STAY AWAY

I think they are very nice and clean rooms!! It's very quite and no one bothers us. Housekeeping is there everyday . Someone is always at the desk and nice ppl working there. I've been here 2 weeks ,, Going on 3. Hopefully they will work with him us... I pray 🙏

Filthy. Right next to highway and very noisy. All physical equipment very beat up and in poor repair. Bed linen so filthy, I slept on the bed cover not the linen. Paper thin decrepit walls. Building very old and in bad repair.

We stayed on Memorial Day weekend and were given a dirty look when my boyfriend, a veteran, asked if there was a military discount. There wasn't. Then, when we arrived at the room I turned on the bathroom sink and heard water pouring into the vanity below. I opened the cabinet and found black mold everywhere. We went to the office to get our money back and were told that they weren't going to give us a refund, 'because the board on the wall says no refunds'. We were sent to another room only to arrive to find the door wide open and the room not even cleaned from the last guests (this was at 8pm). They still refused to give us a refund and offered us a jacuzzi room at the same rate. We checked the room and everything looked fine. It wasn't until we got settled in, again, that we realized the rug by the jacuzzi (which was so gross I would never use it) was soaking wet. At that point we have up and just went to bed. Since they refused to give refunds there was not much else to do.

Worst place ever! Dirty, smelly rooms, terrible staff. How is it possible to collect so much crap under one roof??? Totally waste of money, a better alternative is going to wall mart, buy a pillow and a blanket and sleep in the car!!!

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! this place is very unsanitary! My friends came from Worcester to attend my wedding. The guys spent the first night there, put their bags down, did a quick look around, noticed there was NO TOWELS, went to the front desk... no ones there.. my husband drove all the way back to Fall River to grab some towels from our house, and informed me that the place was really "ghetto". They had about 6 light fixtures.. only 2 had light bulbs, wires hanging from the ceiling, carpets stained, just really trashy. The next night (our wedding night) we tagged along with our friends back to the motel. My girl friend and I walked in and I couldn't believe my husband had actually stayed there. The box springs on BOTH beds, looked like they were covered in BLOOD! the sheets had stains all over them! there was still make-up on a pillow case! Then my guy friend says "whats in the microwave?" my husband opens the microwave and we all started gagging from the smell, it was 5 CHICKEN WINGS WITH MOLD ABOUT 2 INCHES HIGH!!!! I pulled the sheets off the bed, the dirtiest mattresses any of us have ever seen. I told my friends, there was no way in hell I was allowing them to stay there and they could come back to my house and spend the night. My husband went upfront and told the lady who finally decided to show up and looked like she was under the influence, that they wanted a refund. She replied with "why are you telling me now?.. come back tomorrow and talk to the owner.. he lives on the premises". We dropped our friends off at our house and we went back and took numerous photos. The next morning my husband went down there and the owner started yelling at a maid, blaming her and asking if she was going to repay him for the money he had to pay back out of her check! Rude, disgusting, unsanitary, stain and bug infested dump! Whatever you do.. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I Have Never Seen Anything Like This!!! I Paid For A Jaccuzi Room When I Opened The Door All I Could Smell Was Mold !!! Broken Mirrors, No Lights, The Jaccuzi Water Was Brown!!! Visable Mold All Over The Place!!! They Showed Me Six Other Rooms All The Same!!! I Wanted My Money Back And They Refused Because They Have A Sign Up That Says Company Policy No Refunds( I'm trying to get my credit card to reverse the charges now)!!! The Lady Behind The Counter Was Swearing At Me And Trying To Fight Me It Was Crazy!!! Bottom Line Is Don't Stay There Its That Bad Its The Worst Place I Have Ever Seen!!! I Wish I Could Post Pictures For You But I Can't !!! This Place Should Be Condemed!!!

Headed to a funeral in Vermont...Had no idea this place was straight out of a horror film... both my husband & I were referred to as "your boyfriend/girlfriend whatever..." when I corrected the front desk, "You mean my husband," the woman again stated "Yeah, right. Whatever." and slammed the office door in my face. I had requested towels. Upon bringing our used towels to the front desk, the clerk started yelling at me, telling me how she wasn't going to touch our towels...several times, then held out a bag to me. Again she slammed the office door in my face. I stated, "Wow." She then proceed to open the door and as she handed me towels, informed me that we were not welcome there, that we would not be staying there again, that we could leave and get a refund. I returned to our room told my husband, he then went to the office where again, the statement of "your girlfriend/whatever' was stated to my husband, he corrected her and stated "You mean my wife" at which point the front desk stated, Yeah, right, whatever." I had to got back and sign a form to get a refund, at which point, the woman refused to give back all of our money, stating "You got your money's worth." She then told me that I smelled and how she hoped that we hopped right on the highway. I informed her that I had had coffee after dinner. She then stated "Yeah right, with vodka." Then proceeded to tell us that we were not welcome there, that we would be receiving a letter in the mail by Monday, stating we are not to trespass upon either of the properties that they own. She then followed us out of the office and went into the room we had just vacated, stating "There better not be any alcohol in that room." She came out of the room and was writing down my license plate, as we left. Travelers Beware! I believe room was bugged with listening or visual devices.

I booked a room here only because it was cheap at $95 and had a hot-tub in the room for a nice romantic Valentine Day getaway..little did we know as soon as we walked in the door there was a stinch of mold..and as we explored the rest of room it just got worse. bathroom floor was full of mold and behind toilet was disgusting;bathroom door was busted and bad fix job on door that looked like was kicked in. the ceiling was coverd with mold;then we tried the tv and only about 6 channels had reception with no premium channels..then we tried to make the best of it ;as my partner insisted on staying for the hot-tub..towards the end of our hot-bath-tubbing we smelt a bad oder but didnt think nothing of it and we jumped in shower to rinse the bubbles only to come back to the emptied hot-tub in the tub was full with brown grimey gunk that maybe shooted off the guns..but we still didnt leave for we decided to make the best of it..the bed cover was full with cigarette burn holes and stunk of the night prolonged the walls are soo thin that u can hear other couples and people yelling at each other ...then we wanted to shower in morning but was only 2 towels and 2 small ones so i asked front desk for a couple more towels and person rolled her eyes and opened door to litterly almost shove towels on my chest..after shower we packed up to never come back latter find out its a place of trouble with drugs and prostitution and police is always there...stay away...bad news
