Came in from a late/delayed flight, got to the hotel past 2am. When I went to check-in, the staff informed me they couldn't check me in because their computers were down. I waited in the lobby for about 30 mins while the two staff members were off in another room trying to reset the computers. Not a good experience, especially that late at night, but they insisted there was nothing they could do for me until the computers were back up.
After 30 mins, they got me into a room on the third floor, then let me know the elevator was broken.
Entering the room, it smelled like cats/cat-pee. The room, especially the bathroom, was quite worn down and not all that clean. When I showered the next morning, the shower drain was so clogged I could only take a 5 min shower before the water was going to pour out onto the floor.
The breakfast had plenty of options, which brings this from 1 star to 2.
