You can spend a quiet and relaxed holiday in this holiday house, which is three kilometres outside of the village of Sveti Lovrec. The house was built in 1850 out of the famous Istrian stone. It was completely renovated in 2007 and provides its guests with all the necessary modern comfort. The house and the pool are for your own exclusive use.

In front of the house at ground level there is a big, roofed terrace with a table and six chairs, where you can dine outdoors in summer. The 750m² site is enclosed by a stone wall. The beautifully laid-out garden, which provides plenty of privacy, has a 6 x 4m illuminated pool with sun loungers and a grill area with a brick-built barbecue, as well as a wooden table and chairs for several people.

The 100m² house has air conditioning and can accommodate four people. The first bedroom has a double bed and its own terrace with a table and two chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds and a supplementary bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas and electric stove, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Right next to the kitchen there is a little dining space for four people. A stone archway leads into the big living room with its traditional Istrian fireplace, where you can sit comfortably on leather sofas and armchairs. Next to it there is the larger dining table with space for ten people. Modern entertainment electronics include a radio, a DVD player and satellite TV. The utility room provides a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a clothes horse. The two bathrooms have a shower and a toilet.

There are shops, cafés, a pizzeria and a post office in the locality. It is 15km to the nearest beaches and the sea.

The house has Internet access. There is a cleaning service once a week. A cot and a highchair are also available.
