Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschönes Haus, toller Garten und Pool. Lediglich die Einrichtung dürfte an der ein oder anderen Stelle mal erneuert und ausgetauscht werden. Die Küche und auch der ein oder andere Schrank hat seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich. Betten sind gut und auch das Schlafklima im alten Gemäuer trotz 36 Außentemperatur sehr angenehm, so dass wir im EG Schlafzimmer ohne Klimaanlage schlafen konnten.Das rundum eingezäunte Gelände für unsere Hündin ein Traum.

Das Grundstück ist riesig, ideal auch für Kinder und Hunde.Grill vorhanden.Pool mega schön und sauber.Liegen gut, ohne Auflagen, aber man liegt gut drauf. Es gibt nur eine Leiter in Pool, keine Treppen und Pool hat keine Kinderseite, wo es flacher ist. Das Haus ist auch sehr schön und es war alles sauber. Klimaanlagen perfekt. Küche was klein und ein normaler Kühlschrank zu wenig. Es gibt eine richtige Kaffeemaschine mit Filter und eine Padkaffeemaschine, Backofen braucht lange um heiss zu werden. Gasherd und eine Elektroplatte, Microwelle, Wasserkocher vorhanden, noch eine gute Pfanne mitnehmen, sonst alles reichlich da. Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl keiner vorhanden. Wie der Vorgänger es schon beschrieben hat, ist die Situation unten im Schlafz -Bad, aber es ist auch schwierig, dass zu beheben, da die Waschmaschine auch in diesem Raum ist, dadurch auch feucht und das Bad unten hat kein gr Fenster. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 in Entfernung, aber nichts zum Shoppen in Labin. In Rabac Stadtstrand, mini.Ein toller gr Strand, auch kl Teil Sand, beim Vallamar Hotel, muss früh da sein, sonst Parkplätze weit weg, 25 min Fahrt ab Haus. Ein kl Strand, aber sehr schön, S. Marina, 30 min entfernt,.Beim Haus eine Schattenseite morgens zum Frühstücken und abends auf der anderen Seite Schatten, Holz Möbel, Bank, nicht so bequem.Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer okay zum Liegen.Schlafz mit den Bädern, sehr schön. Matratzen auch alle gut.Handtuchhalter leider alle nicht vorhanden, bzw fallen aus der Wand, halten nicht. Föhn in jedem Bad.,sind auch gut.Nehmt euch flüssigen Grillanzünder mit, gibt es nirgends. Die Zufahrt zum Haus, ab Hauptstraße Labin , dauert noch 15 bis 20 min, ist aber gut zu fahren. Nachbarn nicht gehört, Umgebung ruhig, kann spazieren gehen. Um Essen zu gehen müsst ihr reservieren, alles brechend voll. Eis, gr Bällchen 2 e, Pizzen sehr gross 8 e

Vorweg, unser Urlaub in Kroatien, als auch in unserer Unterkunft, war wunderschön !!!Jedoch sollte das Haus an einigen Stellen ausgebessert werden......bitte lieber Vermieter, sehe das als Chance nur noch perfekte Bewertungen zu erhalten !- Das Haus war bei der Ankunft nicht besonders sauber (der Boden ), was wahrscheinlich mit dem nicht vorhandenen Staubsauger einher geht - "wir haben 2 Hunde"- da reicht leider Fegen nicht aus.- Das Schlafsofa ist als solches nicht zu bezeichnen, da der Schlafteil gänzlich ungepolstert ist, sprich man liegt quasi pur auf dem Brett. - Leider war kein Toaster vorhanden.....was wahrscheinlich auch kein muss ist.- Im unteren Schlafzimmer ist die Wand zur Dusche unten großflächig mitschwarzen Verfärbungen belegt (Schimmel ???), was wahrscheinlich auf die undichten Fugen der dahinterliegende Dusche zurück zu führen ist.Dies als Info für den Vermieter, welcher zum Zeitpunkt der Abreise nicht vor Ort war und welcher auch nicht auf unsere Abreise Info´s (Uhrzeit) reagiert hat. Gerne hätte ich alles erklärt.......Dennoch ........Das Haus, das Grundstück, der Pool sind wirklich wunderschön !!!!Ich denke, diese Dinge auszubessern ist kein großer Aufwand, beziehungsweise bedeutet dies keine erheblichen Kosten ----- Würde das Urlaubsgefühl aber PERFEKT machen.Danke für diese schönen 2 Wochen :-) !Viele GrüßeD&B
