Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice week - family reunion. four units at Floral villa, two elsewhere. 36 attended from FL, GA, Pa, OH, NC. the two decks were very nice.ONE COMMENT - ORIGINALLY PROPERTY WAS FOR 10. CHANGES DROPPED IT TO 7 + COT. THERE SHOULD BE MORE CHAIRS THAN THE FOUR WITH TABLE, AT LEAST 6 PLUS BAR STOOLS.

Sleeps 10 but only 4 seats to eat. Kitchen poorly equipped

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sleep 10 but only 4 chairs to sit to eat. Stool at the bar in the pictures were not in rental. Trash and used towels on the floors. Kitchen is poorly equipped if you're cooking. Blood on the bed spread in the master bedroom.

The other residents were welcoming and pleasant (Harry & his wife who are owners at Floral Villas) made sure you had everything you needed to know about property and area attractions. The pool was the largest we ever had for a condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have always been so happy with Garden City Realty. Always has been by far the best of all the Realty companies we have dealt with. However this year we weren't able to get in to our unit until way late. We saw the cleaners come out at about 5. Never got a phone call so after about a half hour of waiting with a 3 and 6 year old, we went in. We had cecked in already and knew the combo thank goodness. The place was really nice but compared to other years wasn't nearly as clean. I understand though that help is hard to find these days so I just contributed it to that. Otherwise the people who work in the office are the nicest people and so helpful.
