The room facilities are very old, toilet seems to be not regularly cleaned as I could see some spider network... no hot water. The A.C sounded super loud when I turned it on. I have asked the receptionist if he could fix the situation or changed me another room. But he said it was all like this, and his English is very limited so I’m not sure whether he got it or not.

Booking kamar bersifat random artinya jenis kamar bisa berubah tadinya pesan double jadi twin siapa cepat dia dapat itu yg disampaikan oleh resepsionis. Padahal tidak ada pemberitahuan dimuka di hotel.com

Goede locatie

Het hotel is naast veel goede faciliteiten gelegen. Zoals een erg goede massage salon boven een herbal drinks zaakje. Het zit ook op 10 minuten lopen van het grootste winkelcentrum van Soerabaja. Verder zit je 5 minuten bij de Colors pub vandaan.
