Brilliantly positioned, with an easy walk to almost everything including the restaurants, cafes & boutiques of the main street only 50m away.

This roomy unit is just across the road from Bulcock Beach, with Kings Beach not far along the boardwalk. Enjoy the free BBQ's & picnic tables on the waters edge and the kids will love the playground.

Sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms, the unit is equipped with a dishwasher, flat screen HD TV, VCR & DVD, 2 pedestal fans & lock up garage.

Relax on the front balcony and take in the vista over Pumicestone Passage & Golden Beach. A wonderful way to end a hard days shopping or swimming.

Please note this property is non smoking.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are pedestal fans available.

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
