Serenity Lake House - Waterfront Four Bedroom Home

Wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the water, with wide views over the lake. Walk to every destination! There are many parks and playgrounds close by, a great tavern, Aldi, cafes/takeaways, and general retail. There is also a wonderful circuit to walk or bike around the lake, bring your SUP or use the 2 available kayaks for some paddle fun.
Less than 10 minutes drive to the beach

2-level home with a powder room, Wifi, air-conditioned throughout, ceiling fans, TVs in almost every room, Netflix, a porta cot, undercover deck to lounge in. Please note the egg chair is no longer present
A Queen bed with ensuite, 2 Double beds, and 2 Single beds, to accommodate up to 8 guests.
Pool and Grass are suitable for children and pets to play safely and securely.
Pets are welcome on application only and must stay outside and downstairs only*. A puppy gate has been installed to prevent pets from going upstairs. Dog kennel outside.
No dryer but clotheslines are in place

Nice Spot

The property is located in a nice estate which backs onto the various estuaries, so we could walk out the back gate right onto a path that skirts the water. Lots of people out walking their dogs, running and I saw one or two Parkruns happening, nice buzz around the place. The property is less than a 10 min spin to Mooloolaba beach, which is great. Lots of shops there and places to eat. The property itself is pretty well appointed. It was clean, spacious and nice to relax in. There is only AirCon in 2 rooms, which you need to blast to cool the rest of the house down, but thankfully it wasn't sweltering when we were there. Nice pool out the back with a good shady area for drinks/relaxing. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay.

Beautiful Escape

With so-many things at your doorstep how could you not love this property. Take a stroll along the water, visit one of the many childrens parks or just sit by the pool. This is an amazing location. A must do.

Beautiful House overlooking lake

Easy check-in with professional and friendly staff. House was beautifully decorated and everything you need for a quiet, relaxing break. All the necessary comforts like air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer etc. Home away from home. Pet friendly. BBQ and kayaks and a comfy swing by the pool. We will definitely book again in the future. G1 Holiday staff were awesome, especially Sandy. Thanks again for a great getaway!
