Ocean Breeze is a spectacular, recently renovated three-level Gabriel Poole designed home with elevated views of the Pacific Ocean and positioned in an enviable location. Only a 2-minute (150m) walk to Sunshine Beach, a 3-minute walk to Noosa National Park, and an 8-minute (600m) walk to the new architect designed Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club and village of Sunshine Beach with its outstanding range of shops and dining options. Noosa’s picturesque Hastings Street is just a 10-minute drive (or a 40-minute walk through the national park).
This is a four bedroom (all bedrooms are air conditioned), two bathroom, two living area family home with a real sense of privacy, on a quiet, family-friendly, dead-end street with very little traffic. Natural air flow/breezes flow throughout the house due to its elevated position and extensive louvred windows. The house caters for up to 8 people.
Open-planned living over three levels with expansive ocean views from the kitchen/living area, master bedroom, and upstairs deck. On level one is a large rumpus space which features a ¾-size snooker (and pool) table, ping pong table, (lighted) darts board, hammock and a self-contained outdoor cricket wicket. Plenty of opportunity to come together for a little friendly competition.
In contrast, the conservatory (level two) overlooks the vegetable/fruit trees garden and is a wonderful spot to practice yoga, read, or simply chill out. Three of the bedrooms (and second bathroom) are found on level two along with a fully contained breezeway (with piano and toys) for kids and teenagers to have their own space. Level two also has an adjustable stand-up office desk, perfect for laptops.
Level three comprises the master bedroom/bath and a large open plan living/dining (with Sonos surround sound and Sony OLED large screen TV), kitchen (with induction cooktop and large granite counter tops/cooking spaces) and nicely stocked library. Large bi-fold doors open up to the deck providing seamless outdoor/indoor flow.
Make full use of all the outdoor spaces at Ocean Breeze - have breakfast or BBQ on the upper deck overlooking Sunshine Beach or watch the sunrise over the ocean. After a morning swim or day on the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower. The owners of Ocean Breeze have provided sporting equipment for your enjoyment - surfboards, boogie boards, skateboards, scooters, crickets bats/balls, wickets, ping pong paddles and balls, etc. Please look after these items as you would your own and use of this equipment is at your own risk.
Guests have access to the entire home (except lock-up garage) and there is parking for up to four vehicles on the premises.
Please note: No shoes in the house and kindly shower off sandy feet before entering the property. Ocean Breeze is strictly no-smoking and weddings, parties, functions and schoolies are not permitted.
