The house was very nice, very clean, very neat. The parking is not good at all. All the bushes are overgrown. It's tough backing out onto the busy highway. The Bushes behind the house, between the deck and the beach, are very overgrown, They're probably fifteen feet tall, which kind of obstructed the beach view a good bit. The water pressure was terrible. It was tough to even get the shampoo rinsed out of your hair in the shower. The beds, were also terrible.They could not have been more uncomfortable. They are very old and worn. The house and the location are very nice. It just needs some maintenance.

Perfect Location with Beautiful Views

Our adult family of eight truly loved our stay here. The views were fantastic and the location to the beach can’t be beat. You can also walk to the park, coffee, shops, and restaurants. When we had a minor issue with a leak from the outside shower, even though it was not an emergency, a maintenance member arrived 15 minutes after we contacted the company. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation home.

Family vacation was perfect!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. When we arrived we noticed a couple of issues, and when I messaged the management company, they responded quickly and had someone out the same day to take care of them. Definitely would rent this house again!

Roaches

Roaches in bedrooms , roach in the bed. They refunded 200 and said they would send someone to spray that never happened. Then said they would refund another 100 for the trouble that never happened.

Cozy

Property location was great. Wonderful views of the ocean. Plenty of room inside and out. The property could use a little TLC as stated in previous reviews. Not a deal breaker for us though. Would certainly stay here again.

A Pearl waiting to be polished

The S.H.E. Shell is definitely a pearl waiting to be polished. Because of this, it afforded us the opportunity to stay ocean front and experience all the joys and thrills of having the beach and ocean as our playground. The house could use some updates but it did not hinder our stay or the fun we had. If there was anything negative to say it would be about the beds and the deck chairs. First the beds are listed as 3 queens and 1 full. I feels as though these are more the older full/queen listing and not a true queen. Also there were complaints about rolling to the middle of the mattress. And now the deck chairs… there were 2 chairs that definitely needs to be put out as they have warped making the rockers extend backwards which means you sit in the chair and backwards to the floor you go. I’m just glad it wasn’t me (being older) and was my daughters boyfriend. Would I stay there again?!? Absolutely!! It was a great place at a good price and location was super!!

Great beach

The location of this house is great and the ability to access the beach directly on the walkway off the back patio is awesome. However the house and furniture is extremely dated. The couches and beds were very uncomfortable.

Relaxing Fall Days at the Beach

Six of us - Seniors to teen boys (Fall brake from school) Breeze on the beach with pleasant water. Sunsets were beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed cooking and eating sea food as a family. Nice having the linen provided with ample large towels. Everything went smoothly - Thanks
