The front desk staff was unfriendly in responding to our inquiries. The water tube in our bathroom was out of service. The water kept running all night making so much noises. The food for breakfast was too humble.

Room was dirty with stains on the carpet and mold/ dirt in the corners, someone was yelling for a few hours outside my room and no staff did anything, when I left my room (facing the parking lot) there were two men parked outside waiting for me to come out and asked if "I was available" which made me feel so unsafe as a solo female traveller. I immediately checked out, the manager said he'd refund me for the 3/4 nights I wouldn't be staying there, but I have yet to receive a refund. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

tv remote is disgusting, cable barely worked, shower is low water pressure and getting hot water was a precision experiment. Check out was not smooth, asked for a late 1pm checkout, got confirmation of it, as my wife is packing up and loading car at noon, they auto locked/expired our keys, locking my wife out, and my 6 month baby in the room... Awful experience

Bathroom was dirty, hair left behind everywhere, and the shower head was janky and coming off the wall. Free parking was convenient and plenty of room, complimentary breakfast was basic and a very small room but it did the trick. Overall, you get what you pay for.
