The hotel is new so all the facilities and the rooms were quite nice and welcoming and modern. They were also very clean. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options and it was very clean. The staff were very welcoming as well. One staff in particular, Paula, Who checked us in was an amazing person. She made us feel so welcome and whatever she could to help us. She said that she wants to make everyone who comes and feel as though she would like to feel. She was amazing.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk around 9:15 a.m. to ask what time breakfast ended, and they said it had ended at 9 a.m.—but they kindly offered to still serve us since the breakfast staff would be there until 10:30. We thought we were just lucky, but the way they plated and packed the food so beautifully proved otherwise. It wasn’t luck—it was true customer service! Thank you!
