Good location by the airport the price was right and all was well

Beautiful, comfortable room with nice, modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and exceptionally friendly wait staff and bartenders in the Proudfoot & Bird restaurant.

This property was incredibly comfortable and convenient for visiting family in the area. I would absolutely stay here again. The pool was even awesome for adults.

Stayed here for Paul McCartney concert. Parking lot was under construction so we had to park at the hospital. Lounge was never open even though they were full and would have had lots of customers. Staff seemed flustered by the crowd returning from the concert as elevators got seriously backed up. Needed more vans to accomodate crowd.

Overall, the property appeared to be in decent condition, it was a decent and convenient location, and the staff were incredibly nice. We had an issue with the a/c unit condensation pan overflowing, which they brought up extra towels, put in a maintenance request, and offered to move us. Since we already unpacked and it didn't impact our stay, we declined. However, maintenance never came while we were there to fix it. Overall it did not impact our stay, but it would have been nice to have maintenance fix it promptly.
