Step through the gates of Pelico Palms and into a world of your own. This beautifully restored 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa sits on acres of lush, private tropical grounds on Sugarloaf Key — just 30 minutes from Key West.





The Villa:

Soaring Dade County Pine ceilings, a coquina-walled fireplace, and a baby grand piano in the loft set the tone the moment you walk in. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, making this home ideal for couples traveling together or families who appreciate their own space. A loft with extra beds and a full kitchen round out the layout.





The Grounds:

Outside, the heated pool and tiki hut are your private resort. Sip drinks at the poolside bar, float to the sound of the waterfall, or relax in a hammock while Key Deer wander through the palms. A game room with foosball and ping pong, a fire pit, cornhole, and bikes are all on-site. A small sandy beach and kayak launch are a short walk away.

Sugarloaf Key keeps things easy with local favorites like Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama's, and Baby's Coffee nearby. Cudjoe Marina and Sugarloaf Marina are both within 10 minutes for boat ramps, gas, and bait. A private nature trail at the end of Crane Boulevard is perfect for hiking and wildlife spotting. We had a great stay! The house was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group of nine. The property offered so much to do, and we loved the beautiful pool and outdoor area, as well as the games room, fire pit, and seeing the animals roaming around. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Everything was as good as listed, great response and help from property manager. Great stay definitely highlight of trip. Only thing I could wish for is some outside fans to circulate air.

Our stay in paradise

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. We had 3 couples plus 3 older kids (16-20) in the villa and it was more than enough space. We loved the secluded feel of the property and the amazing pool area. It was close enough to Key West for dinner trips or day trips. The rooms were beautiful and Nate was super accommodating.
