House 'Boathouse on the Müritzarm' with Lake View, Private Terrace & Motorboat (4 HP)

Fantastic boathouse set among reeds in a stunning location, built on stilts directly over the water of the Müritzarm. You can fish from both the jetty and the terrace—eel, zander, pike, perch, and many other fish are abundant here. A sauna is also available.



The house includes a motorboat with a 4 HP petrol engine. The boat is not available during frost. The large Müritz lake is about 1,000 meters away, while the small Müritz is just a stone’s throw away. Refresh yourselves in the cool water using the bathing ladder from the jetty.



The boathouse is 600 meters from the village of Vipperow, where you’ll find a small shop for fresh bread rolls, newspapers, and other essentials. A restaurant opened in 2019. Supermarkets for daily needs are in Rechlin (3 km). The town of Röbel is 9 km away and easily reached by bike, with a scenic route along the Müritz. In summer, you can often watch ospreys catching fish. Beautiful boat tours, for example to Nebelsee, lead through pristine rivers and forests. Via the Hamburg–Berlin motorway towards Rostock (A19), exit Röbel, it’s just 17 km to Vipperow. You may also arrive with your own boat—please inform the host via the booking platform.



Note: From early November to late April, only filtered lake water is available in the house, not drinking water.

Pros: Wir waren im Sept. für eine Woche in diesem traumhaft schön gelegenen Bootshaus. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich erstklassig, es fehlt an absolut garnichts. Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Blick vom Balkon war für uns das absolute Highlight. Besser kann man nicht entspannen, als dort in der Sonne zu sitzen, die Schwäne und Enten zu beobachten, die absolute Stille zu genießen, vom hauseigenen Steg ins Wasser zu springen, abends in der hauseigenen Sauna zu schwitzen... Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Oase!

Pros: Uns hatte er hier schon 2018 sehr gut gefallen. 2021 verbrachten wir zum zweiten mal eine erholsame Woche in diesem Bootshaus und empfehlen es erneut sehr gern weiter, an alle Naturfreunde / Angler / Erholungssuchende. Frühstück bei Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon,... die Tierwelt beobachten (Fernglas ist vorhanden),... oder einfach nur aufs Wasser schauen,... vom Bootshaussteg Angeln oder mit dem (bereit gestellten) Boot raus fahren,... Fahrradtouren machen, mit den im Bootshaus befindlichen, fahrbereiten Rädern,... Ausflüge in die schöne Gegend zu machen,... Fans der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte sind wir seit sehr vielen Jahren. Wenn dann auch die Unterkunft stimmig ist, so wie hier, dann ist es für uns perfekt.

Pros: Ich war mit meinen Angelkumpel im Mai 2016 vor Ort. Für einen Angelurlaub ist dieses Bootshaus das "Paradies auf Erden"! Zum Glück haben wir auch viele Fische gefangen! Das Bootshaus ist Top gepflegt und die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen offen. Alles vorhanden was man im täglichen Leben braucht! Wenn man irgendwelche Fragen hatte stand der Vermieter immer hilfreich zur Seite. Das Haus ist optimal für alle geeignet die die Natur genießen wollen. Man hat dort viel Ruhe und kann sich gut erholen! Fazit: Super Bootshaus, super Lage, super Landschaft, super Vermieter (incl. Verwalterin) Alles TOP! Wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Müssen aber mit der Buchung noch warten wegen der Urlaubsplanung beim Arbeitgeber. Wir hoffen das dann noch Termine frei sind! Ich kann nur noch sagen: Wer was außergewöhnliches in einer Traumlandschaft mit "geilen Bootshaus" erleben möchte kommt nicht darum herum hier einzuchecken! Ich hoffe der Beitrag war eine Hilfe! Pros: Ich habe im letzten Jahr geschrieben, das ich wieder komme und wir waren jetzt wieder dort. Es war genau so super wie im letzten Jahr und ich sage jetzt schon 2024 sind wir wieder da wenn es passende Termine gibt. Die Ausstattung und die Lage des Hauses sind genial, es fehlt an nichts. Ob als Angler oder Erholungssuchender, hat man hier den richtigen Ort gefunden. Das vorhandene Motorboot ist perfekt zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung, ob mit oder ohne Angelgerät geeignet. Die Gegend dort ist einfach top. Da ich begeisterter Angler bin und meine Frau nicht so ganz, sind wir immer auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Die Angelausflüge mit dem Boot hat sie gerne mitgemacht, da die Umgebung mehr als sehenswert ist. Am Abend beim Ansitzangeln vom Steg von mir hat sie die tolle Sauna genossen und ich kann es nur nochmal betonen: das lohnt sich. Pros: Wir waren vergangene Woche zu dritt in dem Bootshaus und es war einfach nur schön. Selten so ein gut ausgestattetes und neues (bzw. saniertes) Ferienhaus gesehen! Mit dem (sehr benzinsparenden) Boot haben wir täglich Fahrten unternommen. Und auch wenn uns ein kapitalier Raubfisch aufgrund der Temperaturen verwehrt blieb hat es wirklich "gebockt". Danke für Alles. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
