The tv in my room has been to high on the wall. It’s to small for the room and not movable. So you have to sit on your bed pretty uncomfortable.

Schönes Horel mit Abzugspunkten

Der Empfang beim C/I war sehr freundlich, das Abendessen war super, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, haben extra Handtücher bekommen. Die Anlage ist wunderbar zum Entspannen. Nun zum Manko. Wir hatten extra ein ruhiges Zimmer bestellt, leider haben wir das dichtgelegenste Zimmer am Partyzelt vom Grundstück gegenüber bekommen. Wir haben uns quasi wie zu Hause am WE gefühlt. Beim C/O habe ich es moniert und ich bekam die Gegenfrage: „welche Party?“ Keine Empatie, keine Verabschiedung, keine „Gute Heimreise“ oder „Besuchen Sie uns bald wieder“. Ein „Auf Wiedesehen“ bekamen wir erst aufgrund unserer Versbschiedung beim Hersusgehen. Eigentlich wollten wir wiederkommen, aber bei soviel Ignoranz von einer Empfangsmitarbeiterin... Sie hat es vergeigt.

En god vistelse.

Ett mycket lugnt och vackert läge vid en sjö. Vi hade två hundar med oss som vi kunde ha med oss överallt där vi var på hotellet. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Lantlig idyll med hästar och höns och och ett fridfullt läge. Ett hotell som vi gärna åker tillbaka till.

Wäre schön gewesen

Kaffee gab es erst an 7.30, obwohl die Kaffeekannen bereits um 6.50 im Frühstücksraum standen. Wir wollten nur ne Tasse Kaffee bei Sonnenschein trinken. Kein Frühstück machen, da hat uns das ServicePersonal darauf hingewiesen, dass es erst ab 7.30 Kaffee gibt.
