I do normally like our stay here. But at night (10:30ish pm), another guest walked into our room. I had to go down to the front desk, since when he gave the other guest our room key, it disabled ours. I explained to him that I understand the mix up, but it could have been really been a bad situation. And I was left feeling unsafe in our room. He wasn’t apologetic, didn’t say much just gave me a new card. After I returned to the room, he called to confirm it was the room we were in…. In the morning I was uneasy and told the front desk, but they said they couldn’t help as I ordered my room from an outside party. I just wanted them to take accountability and actually be apologetic.

Pretty clean, large hallways, I would say smaller bathroom but large room. They gave me snacks when I checked in, that was nice, popcorn and waters. Breakfast in the morning wasn't crazy but it was normal hotel breakfast, couldn't complain. Had a huge parking lot compared to other hotels, if your towing, this place should have room for whatever trailer, and for that reason I'd stay here again. Good location for the price too.

This place was so dirty, Ice machine was broken, old furniture was in hallways, no phone in room, no literature on how to work tv, toilet was dirty, coffee machine was full of dust, walls were damaged, door was damaged I have lots of pictures. Someone from another room kept bumping me out of my tv show. I overpaid by about 120.00$.

They were renovating some rooms, which by itself it fine, but they left the hallway dirty which was not a good impression. The room itself was decent. Details like paint splattered on the bathroom counter and some ripped up bits of carpet made the room look dated. Netflix on the tv didnt work.

Our room was clean (sheets, towels, bathroom) and the staff was very friendly and prompt. We received a bag of snacks and water bottles upon arrival which was a nice touch. However as we entered the hotel lobby Friday, our first impression was that it needed a good vacuuming and scrubbing and we were a bit worried to see the condition of our room. The stairways and hallways were also dirty and sprinkled heavily with sand and outdoor salt. Unfortunately it didn’t look any better when we left Sunday and we don’t think anything was vacuumed all weekend. Winter conditions are difficult to manage but we think it’s very important to maintain the cleanliness of all areas at all times. The hotel is older and probably in need of some refurbishing but if the common areas were cleaner, the age and wear of the building wouldn’t matter so much. We were surprised to see messy looking extra furniture sloppily stored in the stairwell. The breakfast was good , with a pretty good selection. Unfortunately we would not come back.
