50th birthday celebration

We had five couples stay to celebrate all of our 50th birthdays that year. Everyone had privacy and were able to socialize and all of the beautiful gathering areas. We absolutely loved our stay.

Beautiful views great trail access

This was a very pretty, well maintained property with a great view. We loved the porch overlooking the mountains. The game room and hot tub were also fun. In addition, right behind the house are miles of trails we hiked. It was fantastic.

Quiet, Secluded

An excellent stay, very secluded. Couldn't hear or see any neighbors, no light pollution, only sounds were the insects. The beds were all very comfortable and clean. Internet was very reliable, though the router equipment in the master suite was very loud. The pool and hot-tub were great, and the view from them is fantastic. Watching the sunset or the clouds roll in over the mountains was very relaxing. The road up to the cabin is very windy for the last 30 minutes, but we had no trouble getting up there in a minivan (we stayed in the summer). There is a great trailhead (Woody Gap) about 20 minutes down, and two small country stores ~10 minutes away.

I did not want to leave on a public forum but wanted to share: the front left eye of the stove wasn't working, the grill was extremely finnicky and didnt work very well, there were several spots on the hardwood where nails were sticking up and were very dangerous, The 2nd arcade didnt work like at all, the master bath shower drain was very clogged. We were not left start wood as promised and lastly the clothes dryer needs updating - took 3 cycles to dry a load of towels. N/A

The weather was amazing 80's the entire trip. We met some great people floating in the lake. The pool was amazing and beautiful. Great campfires. Waking up in the clouds...fun. We'll be back..treat the cabin like it is your own!

We came to enjoy Labor Day weekend. We rarely left, simply because who would want to leave this amazing home?!! We enjoyed laying by the pool (too cold to swim) and the hot tub.
