Large friendly hotel with good facilities, free wifi, comfortable beds, air conditioning and good shower. Buffet style breakfast and evening meal very good. English and continental breakfast with hot bread ready for you cut yourself. Great position with a shopping mall close.
I stayed in this hotel couple of times, it was really convenience because it just in the same building of the mall, that you can have your dinner and shopping as well. its a modern hotel, the furniture is new and the bed also comfortable, it have AC and also balcony and they have smoking room as well. the breakfast is great, the only thing that not quite into my standard is the location, because you need to walk or take a bus to reach the train station, but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Also in the room no tea or coffee making facility.
I have stayed in this hotel for a week and I find it OK. They don't provide mini fridge in the room. Also I did not find an electric kettle in my room, but when I asked they had given me. Staffs are good and they provide a good breakfast spread, but the menu does not change at all. But that's not a problem for me. Also there are many shopping complexes around. So the location is really nice. There are some small parks near the hotel, so you can go and relax there in your free times.
Stayed in this hotel in late April on a business trip. It's close to the S and U-Bahn for access to the city, it's also in the centre of the district it resides in close to bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and clean. And the rooms are a good size. The breakfast is great so definitely take that option.
Rooms are small, no Minibar, slow internet but free. Breakfast was not that good either, went there at 7:45 am and there was nothing left and they didn't refill it during the 30 minutes I was there. variety of food is also small. for less than the price I paid, I had a double room in a nearby four stars hotel with much better service in all area. I actually paid 370 euros for two nights.
Top hotel, rooms nicely furnished, friendly staff. I had a single room but really confortable, nice bathroom. Free wifi Restaurant is great for dinner and breakfast I have not tried the fitness room but will do at my next visit in 2 weeks Definitely recommend
The breakfast was really great, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming. But the other things are no more than average. The basic room does not have coffee facilities. The beds are really hard, and I was told by the reception that there were no king size beds, only 2 sigle beds I can try to put together. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, I was told by the reception this was because the hotel was fully booked (???).
Hotel was really clean and the rooms were really quiet and were large and spacious. The reception girls didn't really have great customer service skills and this was evident when I explained that my room had tea/coffee equipment and sachets but there was no milk pots or sachet's,when I asked the girls on reception about this they just said that's how it is and didn't offer to get milk from the restaurant they just gave me more sachets of tea/coffee,even 2* hotels have pots/sachets as standard which are replenished daily as at £100 a night this should be a standard service. I had to ask a person in the restaurant for milk. The WiFi code I was given which was free for the duration of my stay lasted 24 hours but when I spoke to the girls again the next day to ask for a new WiFi code as the one I had didn't work they just gave me a piece of paper with codes on it without checking to see if the codes were active.when I got to my room and entered the WiFi codes given the codes did not work and this was due to the fact they had expired,i didn't go to reception again as travelling up and down 3 floors is not what you expectto do in a 4* hotel and expect the service to be excellent for their customers which I did not find happened on my weekend away with my wife. The bathroom was large and clean but the bath plug did not disperse the water quick enough and when having a shower made the bath fill up really quickly. Overall a nice hotel but they need to concentrate on attention to detail that other hotels do as being a 4* hotel I would have expected more superior customer service and not a 2* approach.
We were sold on the 3 night package linked to the local (> 30 minutes by car!) Outletcity Metzingen. The Outletcity is a complete waste of time as reviewed. Of course hardly anything is open on Sunday & with a small dog entrance to many attractions is not possible. A modern hotel in a not especially special location. Quite close to a tram stop for central Stuttgart - which again is about 30 minutes drive away. Good breakfast – hot & cold. They waiting staff will bring endless glasses of latte macchiato. You can certainly eat enough to keep you going all day. The gym. On the second floor. In the evening the lighting is low so it’s difficult to read the faint red letters that tell you its the fitness centre. Anyway, I figured it where it was after some trial and error with my room key. A world’s first? - no running machine! & the weight stations are all stand-up only. Never seen this before either. The TV in the gym had no remote control but in the middle under the screen is a single pad for controlling the TV- channels –sound everything – very clever design. The parking can be conveniently accessed directly from one of the hotel lifts but it is not free. 17 € per day. 300 € for 2 people including breakfast was a good deal. Would not want to pay the full price of 608 €.
The service is excellent, but the hard beds and annoying internet service adds to the annoyances. They neither have free wifi or a paid wifi system, instead they have certificates that are time and data driven. If you exceed it, the front desk sends you a new certificate code to continue wifi service. I'd almost rather have a coin-op quarter system if we're going to be archaic and inconvenient.
