We stayed over the weekend in the Hotel. It is ok but for us not really a Leading Hotel. The rooms to us are seriously old-fashioned and small. Bathrooms ok. Breakfast ok but also rather on the standard side. Big minus - SPA is missing likewise the gym. This is something would expect from a Leading Hotel and in this category.

This is a very fancy, elegant hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and ready to answer to any request. The breakfast is great. Includes a selection of french cheeses, german charcuterie and many other options. The only down is the bathrooms. For such fancy hotel, the shower should not wet the whole room.

My second trip to stuttgart and my second stay at this classic hotel. Good service, accomodating early arrivsl and late departure. My home away from hone in this city. Close to the station and the city centre. Has to be the default choice in stuttgart.

I always expect a hotel to be clean and the staff efficient. This hotel meets and exceeds that expectation. Their location is in a shopping area which is very close and walkable. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet for 3 mornings. The variety of food and efficient staff service made dining a pleasure.

A very warm welcome, wonderful dinner (Zirbelstube) and great breakfast buffet make this my go-to hotel when staying in this part of Germany. Comfortable rooms. Parking garage below hotel very convenient. Great location near shopping area.

I stayed here on business and it was a great location for the shopping area I needed to visit. The reception team were very kind to let us in early to the room too. WiFi could have been better but comfortable, clean rooms and quality food in the restaurant. Would stay again.

Never, ever, and no way- to call this hotel a 5-starred lol. We arrived almost at midnight, and cant say, that we were so welcomed, the guy at reception seemed to be wicked. They made us wait for almost an hour to arrange our booking(they couldnt find it). We booked a suite, but didnt look like that: country style bed, wardrobes with scratched broken doors, old bathroom with smell like in hospital... next morning my amazing impression was full filled with a restaurant. My advice: dont take a table by the window, cause youll be amazed with view: double barber wire looks like ghetto... on top of that, if the weather is not sunny, u unconscionably start thinking about your actual nationality, roots and politic situations in the world😅😅😅🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

This is a 3 star hotel. Definitely not a 5-star or luxurious hotel. That said, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very close to shops. Not many restaurants nearby. We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but could not bear to stay another night. It is rather old and dusty.

Stayed here in December as we were visiting the Christmas Market. We arrived early Friday morning and to our pleasant surprise we were able to check in - a big tick already. The room was comfortable, well maintained and had everything we needed. The location was ideal and it took no more than 10 minutes to walk to the market - we intend to return this year which in itself tells you how good this hotel is. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot review this but if its anything like the rest of the hotel, I am sure it will be fabulous. Recommended

While I can see how some people might think my take on this being unfair I am rating this hotel based on the expectations and promises the phrase ‚world leading hotels‘ implies. We decided to stay a few days in Stuttgart on out way to Italy. We arrived December 23rd and left 27th. So you can see what problems I could hit staying somewhere during the Christmas holidays. Though picking a 5 star hotel I was not thinking I would have to ask for basic services in advance. The hotel offered gourmet style dinner menus throughout the holidays which is great. Though there was no mention anywhere beforehand that there virtually was no other food source available. Having a 17 month old toddler with us 6 course gourmet menus are a no go. The bar food was very slow (one evening we waited 45 minutes for then to learn that the waiter forgot our order. We retreated to the room where we fed our baby with a read made meal). The next evening the hotel was out of eggs. Really? 5 Stars? The next evening the bar was closed. Just to remind you it all happened without any prior warning. I had booked this hotel weeks in advance. I received zero communication regarding limited services. I am sorry as I believe that this hotel usually is great. But it won’t see me/us again as guests. As a service provider you have one shot to impress to people. Althoff missed it, by miles.
