It was strange experience. First of all, the information on the breakfast is not written anywhere as it used to be in other hotels. We arrived, we were told where and when the breakfast takes place, no any information on the price were given as well as it is not written anywhere. At the end of our stay we payed more than a hundred euros for 4 breakfasts for 2 people. However, the breakfast itself were absolutely delicious and the waiters were very professional and welcome. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable, except the strange concept to have a bathroom almost inside the room. All facilities were not corresponding to 4-stars hotel, like no bathrobes, the water to be paid additionally and so one. The fitness area has been good as well as the sauna. At the end, I would rather recommend this hotel for business purpose than for couples or families.

We took the train to Stuttgart and chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the station. At the time, there were a lot of construction around the station and the main road to the hotel so we took a cab to get to it, although it's very close. When we left, we asked the staff if we can walk to the station and they showed us the walking path across the street that bypassed most of the construction. We saved some $$$ from that walk. The hotel is off the main drag with the entrance on a side street going uphill. The hotel seems to be very modern on the decor, including the rooms. The staff we interacted with were stand offish but professional, not too friendly. Not sure if that's typical. The room was large, with great decor, comfortable beds, and they set up the extra sofa bed for our daughter. We checked in early without any extra fees and came back later in the day. There was a turn down service since the beds were made up when we came back later. A nice touch was a personalized note from the General Manager with some macarons. The hotel serves a great breakfast buffet and you can order some hot items such as fried eggs and omelets directly from the waiters. An interesting thing is that they put a whole honeycomb in the buffet if you want some honey. There's some honey on bottles as well. The breakfast has a nice selection of cold meats, muesli, yoghurt, sausages, cereals, coffee and juices. What I didn't like was that they charge breakfast separately at 22 euros per person - kinda expensive. They also charged me twice although a quick email resolved that before we even left the country. A quirk is the room numbers start with a number 1 higher than the floor. so if your room number is 400 - it's on the 3rd floor. While I can recommend the hotel, I would suggest other alternatives for breakfast. While the selection is good, it seems to pricey.

I stayed there from February 27 till March 2. The room was nice and had a high standard. I think the beds were excellent. Not too soft, but rather on the hard side. Which I prefer. It is fairly close to the Hauptbahnhof, so you can choose to either take a taxi to where you are going or the tube. Since we were going back and forth to Messe Stuttgart, it was perfect for us. The only thing that I was missing in it, was actually an ironing board and an iron. Though, that is only a minor issue. All in all, I can highly recommend it.

This was a different hotel then I have stayed before. The front desk, at check in, was standoffish, but later there were friendly people there. The room, well, the bed was not made but the linen was at the end of the bed for you to make your own bed. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a nice place with a unique building.

Shops all closed on Sunday so bring all you need if arriving then as No tea, milk, ice, late beverage facility after 11pm other than coffee in the room. If there was an upgrade available in the same room I was happy to pay but......no way was this being offered!! Staff easily amused amongst themselves but less amused if required to assist in a pleasant stay. Bar staff surly. Luckily we had family living nearby to cater to our requirements. Lovely building, leading to high expectations. It doesn’t live up to them in any way.

The receptionist was really helpful and my room was ready early. My room is large with a nice view. The room is clean and bathroom is good. Everything works. There is no coffee facility in the room. My only complaint. The staff are great. The bar is good but can be slow with just the one staff on duty even at busy times. The restaurant is also good and accommodating. Well located and I’d stay again for sure. Easy walk from the main station and Milaneo shopping Centre which is worth visiting.

Good first impression, very helpful reception staff. The room was clean and spacious, minimal noise can be heard from within the rooms. Everyday you get complimentary apples and water in the room. Ideal location about 20 minutes walk from the city centre or 2 minutes from major transport links. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty to choose from.

Nice rooms and good service. Also great bar downstairs and nice decoration everywhere. The chandeliers is bomb. A little Minus is the communication, often have to wait long and staff doesn't talk good English.

Currently staying at this hotel. Very disappointing. Booked via travel agent asked for 4 star hotel as have stayed in various 4 Star hotels across Germany all being very good and expected similar standards. However have been proved wrong with this hotel. No basic tea or coffee making facilities no sky tv channels like all other 4 star hotels. Was not advised of poor facilities at time of booking. Room is decent size fairly clean but smell from toilet area again most definitely not a 4 star rating. Would not recommend this hotel at the prices charged and will not be back when returning to Stuttgart. Have not found staff very helpful. Walk from train station awkward at this time due to construction work. Disappointing start to our holiday. If I had wanted a hotel room with basic facilities I would have booked a cheaper hotel. Not good value for money.

Thought a comfort room was of a high standard but found it very ordinary for a 4 star hotel . We like a tea or coffee in the room after a day out but would have needed to go up a room for this. Maybe we are spoiled after coming to Germany for many years. This is by far the most basic 4 star hotel we have stayed in. Decor average and staff pretty indifferent. Access from station on foot a bit of a struggle initially due to extensive construction work but not the hotel's fault. Contractors could put up a sign.
