The hotel was unacceptable. Front desk was often empty, staff ignored me while smoking, and check-in was rude. Our room had no proper sheets, stained pillows, mold in the bathroom, and only one towel for two people. Despite requesting service, the room was never cleaned and no extra towels were provided. A terrible experience, especially while in town for my sister’s funeral.

This hotel was amazing! I booked the apartment with two beds for my husband and son who were traveling together. When my husband sent me a video, I thought they were in the penthouse suite! I had to check my receipt to make sure I didn't book the wrong room...$153 for basically a suite. It was gorgeous!
