Holiday home with whirlpool close to child-friendly beach in Toftum Bjerge. The plot is 1000 m & # 178; and is easily accessible, also for people with walking difficulties and small children, with paving stones around the house and easy access to the garden. The house has an extra large bathroom with whirlpool and a smaller guest toilet. The house is handicap accessible indoors without doorsteps and large bathroom with good wheelchair space. Here it appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen with a sloping ceiling and skylights. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with both Danish and German channels, DVD player, stereo with CD player and internet. The house is heated with an automatic pellet stove. From the living room there is access to the large partially covered terrace. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. There are 3 good bedrooms. Outside there is both an open and a covered terrace where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the countryside. There are swings / climbing frames and a sandbox for the children in the garden. At the nearby campsite there are shopping opportunities, cafeteria and free opportunity to use the campsite's playground and bouncy castle and have fun with the animals. A holiday home that caters to all target groups all year round. Not for rent youth groups.
