The house is located on the golf course of Stromberg in the Schindeldorf district.
It has a south-west facing terrace with a small garden area and an ornamental fish pond.
The golf course runs directly behind the garden.
Far from the streets, planes or train noise, you can enjoy absolute peace and relaxation here.
The Stromberg panoramic swimming pool with sauna and wonderful view is in the immediate vicinity.
Numerous hiking trails start nearby.
The Land und Golfhotel-Stromberg is only a few hundred meters away, as is a nice little restaurant
Beer garden.
Shops such as Aldi, Lidl and ReWe are located a few kilometers away in town near the motorway exit.
In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the Nahe, and a day trip to Saar and Moselle is also possible from here.

Sehr gemütliches, idyllisches, kleines Häuschen in absolut ruhiger Ortsrandlage. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Titel des Objektes sagt alles - Ruhe am Golfplatz 😀
Das Objekt befindet in einem oberhalb von Stromberg liegendem Ortsteil (Schindeldorf), der aufgrund fehlender Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr ruhig ist. Einkaufen ist begrenzt in Stromberg möglich, ansonsten oberhalb des Ortes in der Nähe der Autobahn.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Möglichkeiten zum wandern etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
