I was placed in a small room when the hotel was not overly booked. Online, booked a room with standing shower and was given a room with shower/tub. Very average experience. Nothing worth returning for. It was a room for the night. Nothing more.

Wonderful 2 night stay at The Parlour Inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend the restaurant. We had 2 dinners there and both were amazing - they offered Prime Rib on the Friday night and I have never seen such a big piece of meat done to perfection! The hotel is within walking distance to the centre of Stratford. We plan to stay here again when we go back to see some plays at the Festival. Nice that parking is free in their lot beside the hotel.

Inn is lovely but the rooms could use updates. Heating and cooling difficult to maintain consistent temperature. Dining room was beautiful- minimal breakfast options and challenging to accommodate an individual with celiac disease. The staff, however were lovely and very friendly
