Just a few steps from Bratten beach, this charming holiday home awaits you with its inviting architecture on a spacious plot. The spacious house impresses with its warm and cosy atmosphere. The harmonious colour scheme and the wonderful light that floods into the living room through the large windows create a cosy environment with a wonderful view of nature.



Outside, terraces on both sides of the house offer the opportunity to enjoy the sun, shade or shelter from the wind all day long, while the children can let off steam and play ball on the large lawn.



Within walking distance you will find the child-friendly sandy beach and the well-equipped public playground, a favourite meeting place for families in Bratten. Strandby with its shops, active harbour and restaurants is also nearby. There are also numerous excursion destinations such as picturesque Skagen, the impressive Råbjerg Mile dune, the eagle reserve and several golf courses within easy reach by car.

Das Haus ist ein Architektenhaus, was eine besondere Optik durch die Form und Dachbegrünung bedingt. Es ist auch optimal ausgerichtet und man kann von der vorderen auf die hintere Terrasse wechseln um der Sonne zu folgen. Es ist gemütlich und sehr gut gelegen am schönsten Stück Ostseestrand der Region. Wenn etwas zu bemerken ist, dann dass die Dusche recht schmal ist und Sonnenliegen das Haus perfekt machen würden. Wir kommen her wieder.
