Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen ganz genau getroffen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auf kurze Strecke mit dem Auto oder sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Schade das wir nur eine Woche da waren. Wir können mit ruhigen Gewissen das Haus weiter empfehlen. Kleine Anmerkung: eine Abstellfläche in der Dusche für Duschgel oder Schampoo hat uns gefehlt. Lage und Nähe zum Strand waren echt super gewesen. Konnten den größten Teil unseres Aufenthaltes das Auto stehen lassen (sofern man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist). Das Haus war gut gepflegt und wurden netterweise vom Hausmeister bzgl. des Türschlosses nochmal aufgeklärt. Sind sehr begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Haus, aber auch von den netten Leuten in Stralsund gewesen und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Nettes Haus in Stralsund mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Gefallen haben uns die Einrichtung und größtenteils auch die Ausstattung des Hauses, die relativ zentrale Lage und die Ruhe rund ums Haus.Zu bemängeln sind folgende Punkte, die aber sicher einfach zu heheben sind:Die Töpfe sind schon sehr stark beansprucht mit teilweise stark verbranntem Boden.An der Treppe von der 1. Etage ins Erdgeschoss fehlt ein Schutzgitter, da das Kinderzimmer sich fast direkt an der Treppe befindet. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern gestaltet sich dieser Umstand als schwierig. Die Kelleretage riecht sehr muffig, das Haus hinterlässt insgesamt einen feuchten Eindruck.Die Toilettenbürste war schon sehr stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Vielleicht sollte die ausgetauscht werden.Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Grill fehlte leider. Ebenso wie das Kinderbesteck. In den Badezimmern würden Haken das Aufhängen von Handtüchern erleichtern.Wenn diese Punkte überarbeitet werden, kommen wir sehr gern wieder.

Hallo, das ist eine supermoderne Ferienwohnung über drei Etagen. Im Keller gibt es ein zweites Badezimmer mit Wanne und die Sauna. Der Garten ist vergleichsweise klein, eher eine Sitzecke im Freien.Leider kann meine Frau schlecht Treppen steigen, daher war es für sie befriedigend aber für mich sehr gut. Mfg
