Well maintained hotel. Good room, facilities, etc...

The motel has been surprisingly upgraded since our last stay. The countertops in the bathroom were new marble. The breakfast was acceptable, better than La Quinta in Burlington.

the bed was clean and comfy, good deal for the price. the hallways definitely need an upgrade, carpets stained, lights were broken, but the room was ok. The breakfast was basically nonexisting, so don't count on that

Wouldn't even recommend to people I dislike. Hotel needs a serious makeover. Very dirty and old.

When we arrive to the hotel. They told us that there was no hot water. But the boiler had went out. The rooms were dirty. Hotel staff was nice.

Disgusting stained carpets. Smelly room. WiFi only works in hallway. Unexpected fees. Increased pet fees upon arrival. Don't waste your $$ here!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been in my 20+ years of business travel! The towels had stains on them and I am now under doctors care for massive bed bug bite !

basic place to stay for couple of days. close to Barre

Stay away! Horrible rooms.! Staff was good though.

The room is so dirty. Door room cant even closed. A lot of spider in the room. Do not recommend this hotel.

This was my third stay this month (in the area for work). I keep coming back because it's inexpensive, conveniently located, and the beds are comfortable. On the downside, the motel needs some serious maintenance and upgrades, some of which it seems they've tried to do, but in the cheapest possible way (don't lean on the columns in the lobby, they're hollow plastic). Of the three rooms I've had here, I noticed broken parts of the toilets in two of them, rusted shower rods in all three, lightly stained linens in all three, damaged furniture in two, missing refrigerator feet in one (meaning the door scraped the carpet because the front of the fridge couldn't be raised high enough to clear), missing bathroom fan covers in two, inconsistent stock (one room had shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, another had bottles on the counter plus soap and makeup remover wipes, the third only had bar soap), three completely different shower fixtures, and one room had a huge armchair but no desk chair, rendering the desk less than useful. None of these issues had a significant impact on my stay, so I opted to continue booking at this hotel rather than pay more somewhere else.

I stay here when I'm working nearby. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly, but the hotel has clearly seen better days. There are small signs of upgrades/maintenance, but the place could really do with a top-to-bottom overhaul that the owners probably can't afford.

Negatives: May have been used as a brothel and rented by the hour. Dust everywhere with cobwebs. First floor room 119 has a casement window that couldnt be locked. Rotting wood on casement. TV outdated with no timer. Looked like a 1970s TV. Breakfast room was really outdated. At one time this place may have been very posh,,,but I think it has been taken over by people who are not using it properly. Hallways were filthy. Positives: The view was nice. The linens and bed sheets were clean,,,which was nice but we couldn't wait to get away from that place even though the price was cheap.

When I arrived at 9pm I received a good customer service. The employee that night gave us a good service

Was in town visiting a friend. Loved the hotel, except for old TV with limited channels & remote did not work except for volume cotrol. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable bed and reading chair. Great to have coffee maker, fridge & micro in room. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice staff - understanding and kind. Although Brittany never returned our call, Ashley and Bill were just wonderful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Thank you!

This hotel is currently under a major renovation. Needs a complete overhaul.

Very good accommodation in room. Lobby decor was a bit shocking and room decor was wild. Still, very comfortable and secure lodging.

It was too hot inside the room and my family are not too happy.

Older hotel under going renovations. Check-in person was friendly. Had issue with reservation made on line but was taken care of promptly. Room had older decor. Could use new mattresses. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Wish there was some type of fresh fruit. Would consider staying again if in town.
