Very friendly and efficient checkin on arrival. Heating all switched on in room, when we arrived so was wonderfully warm. Christmas stocking with some "Goodies"hanging on our bedroom door-knob on Christmas morning. Excellent service throghout our stay.

Cheaper breakfast would be nice. One female member of staff didn’t have front of house manner, but others lovely. Jacuzzi and steam room fab. Plastic bed protector on bed made it hot and incomfy but room very clean and stylish.
