Unable to get in touch with the host. Was refused a refund after I went to the property and it was unclean and random person sleeping in the shared areas. Bedroom lock barely attached to the door and furniture in poor state of repair
I didn't sleep at the property as I felt unsafe and no refund issued. Does not look like the listing pictures.

The property was alright itself.
host needs to set correct checkin times. when I booked it said 11am but when we arrived host said 3pm. He did let us in, but the initial back and fkward was not something I really needed: especially after a long trip.
When it comes to communication I was lacking. I didn't have any check in information sent before arrivak, and when I tried sending him a message through hotels.com I still haven't had a reply till date. Checkout information was also missing so had to call the host directly to ask where to leave the keys as I was leaving very early.
