We stayed for four nights in the hostel. It was very clean and cozy. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The hostel is in a great spot and all around there is easy access to public transport We will definitely come here again!

Stayed for 3 nights, location is great very close to the centre just 2 metro stops away. Room had everything you need to rest and chill after a day of sightseeing: a comfy bed, plasma tv and a neat bathroom, and the wifi works great. Staff is very friendly. Really pleased with this hostel, would definetly stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, but this accommodation also has a lot of downfalls: first, we were not informed of check-in time or anything beforehand, and when we arrived at 11am we couldn't even enter the hostel to drop off our bags or something because apparently there is no reception before 3pm. Second, you can hear EVERYTHING inside the room, and I really mean everything: the neighbouring room's alarm clock, locks turning, people going to the toilet in other rooms etc. Third, the water boiler doesn't seem to be equipped for many people, as we had to shower without warm water

Pros: Had a private room for two, no window but all the practicalities you would need: shower, toilet, bunk bed, mirror, chair, shelves, coffee table. Good value for Scandinavia. Able to check in at 3am with no bother. Helpful staff both before and during the stay. Linen and towels included. Very quiet at night during our stay. Cons: a bit out of town, but five minutes from an underground station, so for us it was worth the saving. The hostel has a no drinking rule which may bother some people, although I think I saw a pub crawl advertised on certain nights.

This hostel offers fantastic value for money as me and two friends got the private dorm with private bathroom. Free wifi was great Super clean (cleaner than most hotels) Towels and bed sheets were fresh and new (not fitted which is a personal annoyance haha) Lovely friendly staff that communicate very quickly

We booked for a private room, private bathroom. It was clean and confortable. The staff was friendly...the reception is closed from 8 from 3 pm, so check this info in case that you need arrive at that time! I think it's a good option, specially for a cheap trip! The location is excellent, just 10/15 minutes walking from the main bus/ train station, and there is a metro station just 300 metres from the hotel! I recommend it!

We spend 2 nights at Stockholm Hostel and it was great. The price is not high, as a matter of fact it's quite cheap for Stockholm. Hostel is very clean and nicely furnished. And very quiet, we had good rest. Our double room with bathroom was big enough and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you may need. The staff is helpful and nice. And the location on Kungsholmen, which is beautiful, is just amazing, close to the subway or walking distance to Cityterminalen and Gamla Stan. If I ever go to Stockholm again I will stay at Stockholm Hostel ;)

Good location and off the busy street so it was pretty quiet. We stayed a Sunday night. Lobby interior is nice and they have a large kitchen area with jobs and ovens. The rooms were minimal with no wardrobes but the beds were comfy! You do need to make your own and strip them down when Leaving. No alcohol allowed and no food in the rooms. There is a hefty fine if you are caught breaking these rules. The roller and shower were right beside each other with no curtain or door in the way So anyone using the bathroom after a shower had to dry it all down which was a little annoying. The staff were very friendly and we had a nice stay for the night we were there.

We had a family room with 6 bunk beds and an ensuite shower room. Everything was immaculate including the communal kitchen, fridges etc. The location is ideal for a family or group that wants to explore central / waterfront Stockholm. Very reasonable price .

My daughter and i spent 5 nights at Stockholm Hostel. Our room included a bunk bed and its own private bathroom and shower. The location was convenient and the room cost was reasonable. The kitchen was large and spacious with a commons sitting area and large TV. There were a variety of grocery stores and pizza/kebab shops in the neighborhood. The hostel does not have a free laundry available. The front desk staff was polite but reserved. This hostel lacked the "buzz" and feel of excitement of City Backpackers Hostel, probably due to the lack of multiple common areas to sit and chat. Both hostels had a nice assortment of old, young and families as guests.
