The staff were very friendly & helpful but the room & bathroom were very small. We were very cold on the first night as couldn’t turn off the a/c, we notified reception & they sorted it by taping over the a/c vent & giving us a mobile radiator but there was no apology & for the price of the room I don’t think it was an acceptable situation.

Large spacious and comfortable room with a couch,desk,and plenty of storage. Bathrobe and slippers made it feel like home. My only suggestion would be to put the safe on a higher shelf so guests don’t have to lie down on the floor to read instructions for operating the safe. Front desk staff were wonderful.
