Ruhiges, sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr geniessen können. Es hat uns, ausgenommen WLAN, an nichts in der Unterkunft gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber, der Garten etwas karg. Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung. Vernünftige Einkaufsmärkte liegen 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Ferienanlage war im Herbst wie ausgestorben. Die Lage ist dennoch gut für eine Vielzahl an Unternehmungen. Es ist ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Toller Urlaub und super netter Vermieter

Wir 2 Wochen dort und reisten am 25.9.22 ab. Leider war der Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, bereits nach 2 Tagen geschlossen, sodass Einkauf ohne Auto nicht mehr möglich war. Sehr ruhige Lage!!! Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super, so war z.B. der Austausch einer defekten Kaffemaschiene völlig problemlos.

Belle location

La maison est très spacieuse et dans un cadre très sympathique, au calme, avec un grand jardin et de belles terrasses. De très belles plages à proximité. Nous n avons pas été chanceux car nous avons rencontré differents problèmes avec la maison mais grâce à la réactivité et au professionnalisme de Daniella et Alessandro, tous ont pu être resolus les uns après les autres. Un grand merci à vous deux ! Alessandro, il ne reste plus qu a apprendre quelques mots d anglais et vous serez au top ☺.Bref, nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances au soleil, au calme dans un cadre adapté aux enfants et adolescents.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Beim Check-In gab es leider ein kleines Kommunikationsproblem, weswegen wir knapp 1 1/2 Stunden vor der Ferienwohnung warten mussten. War dann aber alles bestens. Die Kommunikation lief per Whatsapp und war sehr einfach und schnell!!! Die Lage ist absolut hervorragend! Toller Ausblick! Die Umgebung war etwas heruntergekommen. Viele "verlassene" Häuser und sehr wenig Menschen, was man sowohl als positiv als auch negativ betrachten kann. Die letzten Tage hatten wir noch ein kleines Ameisenproblem, das war ein bisschen ärgerlich. Als kleinen Tipp würden wir noch empfehlen, den Außenbereich ein bisschen einladender zu Gestalten. Ein paar Blumen oder Pflanzen würden hier wahre Wunder bewirken. :) Sonst konnte man wirklich unglaublich gut entspannen! Man hat seine Ruhe und jede Menge Platz im Garten und der Pool ist riesig! Alles in allem eine große Empfehlung!

Great holiday home on a badly maintained resort

It's a beautiful refurbished apartment with sizeable rooms, great private pool and beautiful views from the garden and balcony. However it is situated on a dusty road with abandoned houses next to it. It's a good location to see the beautiful beaches and visit the lovely cities like Sassari, Alghero and Stintino.

Villa mit super Aussicht

Leider war im Haus eine Ameisenplage! Kommunikation war schwierig wenn man kein Italienisch versteht. Aussicht vom Haus ist super und auch der Pool gefiel uns gut.

An und für sich schön jedoch mit einigen Mängeln

Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlten viele Dinge (Hollywood Schaukel etc.) die im Inserat aufgelistet waren. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir diese dann am nächsten Tag. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas sporadisch aber man kommt zurecht. Der Ferienort „Paradise Country“ glich mehr einer Geisterstadt, viele Häuser waren verlassen und in einem desolaten Zustand. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer war leider Schimmel, welcher dann nach Informationsweitergabe vermeidlich behoben wurde. Der Garten war sehr hübsch und der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns trotz allem wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer gut. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sie sich sehr bemüht haben aber es gab einfach schon ein paar Mängel. In dem gegebenen preisrahmen hätten wir einfach mehr erwartet.
