Hotels near Stingray Beach

"This hotel was on the older side, and that was ok. The little cove / beach was beautiful and we snorkeled almost every day. If you don’t have googled the lifeguard usually can let you rent a pair for less than $5 for a few hours. The views were gorgeous. The food was actually pretty good and their salsas were spicy and had flavor! Usually all inclusive resorts lack that. This isn’t a party hotel at all, which is what i wanted. I wanted to just relax. That being said i came with 2 other coworkers on our spring break. We had booked months in advance so I was confused upon check in when they didn’t give us rooms next to each other , let alone on the same floor. They said it was “whatever was available “ like ok? We booked in advance for a reason. The second issue was that the people in the room next to me were extremely loud for 3 nights in a row way past 1am. Screaming, laughing, music etc. i called security the first night and they came immediately. When this happened the second and third night, security did not come up and check with them like they did the first night. There were no accommodations given after not being able to sleep for a few days and did not want to move me rooms. We left a key in a room one night and it was annoying they couldn’t give us another one, they made you walk up with them and look for your key in the room. I probably would not stay again , the hotel was pretty run down and old and the service could be a lot better."

"This was our fifth time staying at this resort. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The ladies at the coffee shop were excellent. The food was okay for all inclusive. Not great but you can find something to eat. The Mexican restaurant was pretty bad which is odd considering it is in Mexico. The snack bar and pool bars were great! The shows and dining experience has seriously declined in quality. I don’t think they have enough staff working the buffet dining area. It’s hard to get refills on drinks but it is clear the staff is working very hard. The shows are honestly pretty bad. Snorkeling off the resort is excellent. We saw a lot of cool sea creatures. I highly recommend Elite diving on site both Omar and Rueben are fantastic instructors."

"Love everything about this resort. Location, all the staff were very friendly, helpful & so pleasant to be around. The room was perfect for my daughter & I with a large space , comfortable beds & every room has a balcony with a sea view. The pool is great even though we did not get in but loved walking right off the dock to snorkle. Service around the pool was also amazing. Live music 3 nights we were there was fantastic & the absolute best food & view at the restaurant. They also helped organize 2 scooters so we couldnride around the island. Restaurants & shopping all within walking distance. The vibe is wonderful!! We will be back!"
